1. Use common sense

2. Red Flood Mod is a non profitable occupation, this is something we do for fun. Dont expect to "be paid" or something like we owe you. If Red Flood would start creating a profit, it would surely go back into Red Flood again.

3. Everything you develop is the collective property of the entire team. If you leave, your developed content for the mod and what your wishes are for it may be discussed, although we make no guarantees that we can or will abide by them.

4. We all have our own ideologies and homelands. Set it aside and develop impartially.

5. Decisions regarding things involving the mod as a whole must be made by the team as a whole. Do not claim representative of the mod and act independently without the rest of the team's knowledge. All things must be discussed and reviewed.

6. Patience is a virtue. So are tact and professionalism. If you have a personal concern about another member of the team, address it to a mod adminstrator

7. No breaking of Steam TOS. That means youre forbidden to develop something racist or similar, common sense.

8. You cannot claim areas being developed by another team without proper discussion with that team's lead.

9. Use the right channels. We're all guilty of this but if the discussion goes off topic, go to #off-topic-team.

10. If youre going to tease somthing, ask a mod adminstrator for permission to do so.

11. No IRL/Modern Politcs.

12. No sharing of Personal Information.

13. Be respectful.
