This is a fun scenario to imagine! Here's my take on what each Sonic character might be doing in a crashing airplane:

The Heroes

    Sonic the Hedgehog: Trying to find some way to land everyone safely, maybe using his speed to create a makeshift slide or cushion the fall. He'd be annoyed at the slowness of the plane going down, though.
    Doctor Eggman: Panicking loudly while clutching a comically oversized life preserver, blaming his robots for the situation.
    Miles "Tails" Prower: Feverishly analyzing the plane's mechanics, trying to find a way to fix it or attempting to jury-rig something that would slow down the descent.
    Knuckles the Echidna: Angrily punching the walls, wondering why he took a plane in the first place when he could've just glided to the destination.
    Amy Rose: Alternating between trying to calm everyone down and bursts of fear, all while clutching her Piko Piko Hammer tightly.
    Cream the Rabbit: Crying and hugging Cheese the Chao tightly, hoping for a miracle.
    Blaze the Cat: Sitting stoically, using her fire powers to keep herself warm as the plane gets colder at higher altitudes.

The Rivals

    Metal Sonic: Sitting calmly, unfazed, as he considers this the perfect opportunity to eliminate all his organic rivals at once.
    Shadow the Hedgehog: Teleporting outside the plane at the last second, muttering "Chaos Control" and leaving everyone else to their fate.
    Rouge the Bat: Hunting for anything valuable among the other passengers' belongings, and securing a parachute, if she can find one.

The Neutral Parties

    E-123 Omega: Calculating the percentage likelihood of survival, loudly declaring it to everyone while preparing his weapons in case he needs to blast their way out.
    Vector the Crocodile: Hustling, trying to round up as many rings from people's wallets as payment for some "guaranteed safe landing scheme."
    Espio the Chameleon: Disappears, hoping to blend in with the seats and avoid getting involved in the aftermath.
    Charmy Bee: Buzzing around in a panic, getting in everyone's way and complaining about how he didn't get to see the in-flight movie.
    Big the Cat: Oblivious to the situation, trying to reel in Froggy who has managed to escape out a broken window.
    Tikal the Echidna: Quietly meditating, trying to telepathically contact the Chaos Emeralds to soften the landing.

Babylon Rogues

    Jet the Hawk: Confidently preparing his Extreme Gear, figuring he can outrun the crash and leave anyone he pleases behind.
    Wave the Swallow: Berating Jet and Tails the whole time, demanding they find a way to fix the plane with their mechanical genius.
    Storm the Albatross: Clinging to Jet in sheer terror, regretting every life decision that led him to this moment.

Oh man, an airplane crash with that crew aboard would be absolute chaos! Here's how I picture it going down:

Sonic would be zipping up and down the aisles at supersonic speed, searching for a way out while yelling "Gotta go fast!" Tails would be in the cockpit frantically trying to regain control of the plane, his twin tails spinning like propellers as he fiddles with the controls.

Meanwhile, Eggman would be gleefully rubbing his hands together and gloating about how this was all part of his latest diabolical scheme to defeat Sonic. Metal Sonic would just be standing perfectly still, his robotic eyes glowing ominously.

Knuckles would be punching a hole in the fuselage, determined to jump out and glide to safety using his dreadlocks. Rouge would be trying to snatch the Chaos Emeralds before bailing. Shadow would be broodingly looking out a window, muttering "I'm the coolest" under his breath.

Amy would be chasing Sonic up and down the aisles, alternating between yelling for him to save her and trying to glomp him. Cream and her Chao Cheese would be huddled in their seat crying while Big the Cat absentmindedly tries to comfort them.

The Chaotix would spring into action, with Vector barking orders as Espio turns invisible to sneak into the cargo hold looking for emergency supplies. Charmy would excitedly buzz around in circles, more stoked about the adventure than worried.

Omega would be calculating the odds of survival while rattling off his arsenal of weapons, ready to blast open an escape hatch. Silver would be trying to use his psychokinesis to levitate the plane to safety as Blaze sighs at the futility of it all.

Jet, Wave and Storm of the Babylon Rogues decide to ditch the plane on their Extreme Gear hoverboards, with Jet boasting how he'll beat Sonic to the ground. Tikal would be meditating, calmly praying to Chaos as the plane spirals out of control.

So in summary, it would be a real madhouse! Sonic and friends have been through crazier predicaments. I'm sure with their powers, gadgets and quick wits (well, most of them anyway), they'll figure out how to narrowly avoid catastrophe in the nick of time once again. But I wouldn't want to be the one cleaning up that mess of a cabin afterwards!
