Rhillanon is the largest of the towns in the roughs and the entry to it. Here many criminals work and ply their trade upon those who come from the cities.

Invoke: To find out about some piece of crime, to blend into the criminal ‘culture’, to bribe or otherwise corrupt actions.

Compel: To run into trouble with other criminals

Kallion Halcyon owns this town
The chief crimelord of Rhillanon is Kallion Halcyon and little is done without him knowing or interfering if it affects him in the least.

Invoke: when doing ‘work’ under Kallion’s name, using Kallion’s name to intimidate etc

Compel: When doing something that’s against Kallion just running into trouble

Gateway to the Roughs
Rhillanon is the gateway to the roughs and leads to them in general and the nature.

Invoke: Find out more about the roughs, find new people, ease of finding out information common to new people.

Compel: Trouble for newcomers, transient citizens (difficult to find specific people at times)

Aspects: A place to rest, Bowing to the Crime Lord

Michell Baskion is the Innkeeper here and runs Tavarr’s Rest with a goal to helping new comers out. Despite that, she’s been under pressure by Kallion Halcyon and she finally has had to pay tribute to help her guests out as they kept getting into ‘accidents’. Fare here is simple but good and the rooms small but clean.
