° | BACKGROUND; jaehyun was the first born child to oh jimin and his wife, hayeon. the pair had met in france, where hayeon was studying for university, and jimin was living for a short period of time after going to travel around europe. the two fell in love, and later had jaehyun, and her younger twin sister, jaeeun. she grew up in south korea with her sister, jae eun. she grew up speaking both french and korean, because they were the two common languages that their parents spoke to each other in. her father was an accountant, and was always busy with work, but always tried to make up for it when he wasn't busy. her mother, hayeon, was a stay at home mother who was always around for her daughter, and continued to support them no matter what. jaehyun later won a scholarship to school of performing arts seoul, and began her training there, shortly before she was scouted for the entertainment company. her father wasn't very pleased with her decision to go and attend an audition at first, but her knew it was what she really wanted to do, and allowed her to try and get into the company. when she was accepted, her father started to become more supportive of her, realising that she'd much rather perform than be stuck in an office or something all day.


° | PERSONALITY; jaehyun is a chatterbox, and she will admit it. she can talk for the whole of korea, and it almost seems as if she never stops talking. there is never a moment of silence while your around her, and takes her job as part of the beagle line very seriously, always trying to cheer up her friends. she tends to talk with her hands a lot, and will wave them around to emphasise her point, which can be slightly dangerous for the person who happens to be standing next to her. jaehyun can also come off as a bit dirty minded sometimes, because she has a habit of saying things without thinking them through, and some of her statements come out sounded perverted even though that wasn't her intention. she can occasionally be a bit careless, but she means well. she can also be very dramatic at times, and gets extremely fussy over what she will and won't eat or wear. jaehyun can also be a bit over emotional, and is the member who seems to cry the most, even though people don't see her do it, because she will always excuse herself and leave the room. however, most of the time she is a happy and bright person, who goes hand in hand with the happy virus of the group. she always see,s to have a lot of energy, being the 4d, and absolutely cannot sit still, which makes people wonder if she has adhd.

° | HER FIRST IMPRESSION; he looked really quiet when she first met him, while introducing herself to all the others. she was also extremely excited, and had began to talk really fast, getting out of breath. she spotted him standing in the corner, and decided to go over to him, but didn't really notice how terrified and surprised he looked that she talking to him. she thought he didn't really seem to talk much, so she started talking enough for the both of them, to see if it would make him more comfortable and get him to open up a bit more.

° | HIS FIRST IMPRESSION; he was kind of overwhelmed, to be honest, because she just had so much energy and came bouncing in and getting everyone really fast. she spoke so fast that he didn't catch what her name was and had to ask one of his group members for it. he had no idea what to do when she singled him out and decided to start talking to him, and it was an effort to try and keep up with the mostly one sided conversation. he wouldn't admit it, but he was kind of scared of her chatty personality.

° | THEIR RELATIONSHIP; at the beginning, their relationship is kind of awkward, because he's practically terrified of her and her chattiness. jaehyun however doesn't seem to realise this, and just continues to be her normal self, but adopts the need to talk enough for the both of them, while he sits there. however, after a while he begins to open up slightly and talk to her a bit more (which gave jaehyun the shock of her life the first time he actually had a full conversation with her that lasted longer than two minutes and wasn't scripted). they continue to grow closer after time, but jaehyun is still the more outgoing of the pair of them.

° | RELATIONSHIP; they start off as awkward buddies, because he's really shy and doesn't really know how to talk to her much, but then they become really close friends

   » when they meet, he's kind of scared of her, but she doesn't notice it, and just keeps talking about the weirdest things that she comes up with in her mind. she does most of the talking, but he keeps looking around at his group members, and has to try and discreetly ask one of them what her name is because she was talking too fast for him to understand when she introduced herself the first time
   » she drags him out for a walk, and starts walking on a railing, and he gets worried that she might fall. jaehyun simply rolls her eyes and tells him that she could probably cartwheel across it after all the gymnastics she's done, but she lets him hold her hand because it makes him feel like she'll be safer in case she falls
   » she makes him buy her bubble tea by doing really bad aegyo, and he gives in, because even though she's really bad at it, he still finds it cute
   » she 'accidentally' starts a food fight in the dorm, and all the girls get into a massive fight and completely trash the kitchen, so instead they decide to just order takeout instead of trying to clean up all the food off the floor.
