Hello Councillor (Your Councillor Name Here),

I am writing you today to voice my concern over this Wednesday's council decision on allowing taxi cabs access to diamond lanes for through traffic.  Allowing taxicabs to legally use diamond lanes would significantly increase diamond lane traffic and speeds and put people on bikes at increased risk from collisions.

I use my bike as my main form of transportation for half the year. I would ask you to vote to keep me and my fellow cyclists safe in the diamond lanes that we regularly use.
