Yes I have been helper on a few small hcf servers and i have owned my own FTB (FeedTheBeast) server wich is a modpack and i had countless incounters with hackers,glitchers and people abusing powers so i learned how to deal with those things.Also i had a pretty good staff team but this is why the server shut down, one of my head-admins was just banning players for no reasong and griefing players bases, and spawning in items for him and his friends.

  48. Because Im Friendly,Helpful,Committed,Satisfying,Passionate and last but not least I'm loving towards the players.

Friendly:when helping someone this trait is very important to a player and is a critical condition that will change a players perspective of a server, in my view and the real world view people are adored and looked up to by their attitude to people. For example, having a bright and positive mind to people really attracts the person to be more like the bright person. In Teamspeak, while helping someone I would be wide awake, formal and in a good mood to help someone; I would do this because players actually do appreciate it and will be committed to the server for that reason.

Helpful: When joining the server i always try and be as helpful as possible meaning always doing what the staff say if they tell you to do something then i always do it no matter what.I'm as nice as possible to staff members and players always say ''Hello'' and i try to help them if a player is saying ''staff help!!!'' i will always say ''What's wrong'' and i will ALWAYS try and solve the issue as best as possible and if i can't then i get staff but i would to become staff i would be able to help all the players in need and have fun doing it.

Committed:Being committed involves logging on ready to help, it also involves being on daily and on for at least a couple of hours, also when you are in a Support room you are dedicated to help someone when needed. Being committed is a key trait of being a staff member and takes a lot of work but it is worth it for the smile of the players.

Loving:Being loving means always being polite to players and staff members never curse never threaten and NEVER make then unhappy because i want everyone to have a happy time on the server just like i am having so i try to be as nice and polite as possible to players when it comes to helping with problems that i can solve.

Why did you choose to apply on PulsePvP over other servers?:I chose Pulsepvp because i have been playing a while and i have had to put up with hackers killing me over and over and other players aswell.And most of the time their are alot of players in teamspeak that have been killed by hackers and no one is there to help them wich is why i am applying on the PulsePvP.

  60. when helping someone this trait is almost important as the last one, in my view you must satisfy a player with the materials you have as a staff member and what you should do. Always make sure your player is happy when finished helping them.

  64. being passionate involves putting helping someone and being a staff first priority. Time doesn't matter while helping someone whether it being 5 minutes or 10 minutes, it's about if they are satisfied or not. Never give up and make sure the player is completely satisfied the best way you can.

  68. 1:If a player was saying for ex: ''Staff help FAST'' To start of with I would ask the player to stop messaging in chat and if he could calm down and ask him to join teamspeak, if the player did not have teamspeak I would ask him to explain it to me in message. If the player continues to spam chat and not listen I would then temp-mute him / her with a reasonable amount of time depending on the situation. If the player had decided to message me what the problem was I would then deal with it without hesitation. If the problem could not be done by myself I'd message a higher member of staff immediately.

  70. 2:If someone is blatantly hacking in-game i would freeze him, ask him why he was hacking if there's a reason or not i would ban him eather way.And if there hacks are not blatant i would bring them into teamspeak and give them a little ''ss''

  83. 1.Spookster , this client is findable throught teamspeak , you go in ''TS3Client'' and if ther person is using spookster their should be a folder named ''Lemote'' if you open that there is a folder called logs, you can check the last time the client was used.

  85. 2.WizardHax/HackForum clients, these clients are very simple to find all you need to do is go into the ''Version'' folder in .minecraft if there is clients in ''Version'' you can then go to there logs so see when the client was last used.

  87. 3.Spook, not like spookster this client is harder to find, you have to be WHITELISTED for spook for ask them to go to the browser that they normally use and tell them to type ''Big'' if it redirects to ''Bignigginit'' then tell them to go to the site and click on ''LOGIN'' at the top and then to double click on the ''USERNAME'' and if it comes up with a email/username then they have logged in on the site befor.

  98. I would finally like to add to this part that I would never ban / tempban or even mute without solid evidence and would overview them with a reasonable punishment. If at any time I was unsure I would contact another member of staff for their opinion.

  104. try and recruiting EU and US staff so that there will always be staff online and try adding more features to OPFactions things such as fixing the duel system.
