- Description: Brian was on patrol with his partner, when he noticed Blackwell adjusting his waistband and asked him to stop, and if he had a gun. Blackwell responded by saying “Yeah, I got something!”, before pulling out a gun and firing at Brian and his partner. Brian was hit in the head and died two days later.
