Black screen/Stuck on loading screen FIX

DO NOT UNINSTALL YOUR APP, YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR PROGRESS IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BIND CODE OR TWITTER LINKED.

1) Make sure that your game app version is 1.3.2

You can check it in app info. If it's not, download a .apk file from the link and install it.

2) If the version is correct: go to Android/obb/com.YoStarJP.AzurLane/ and delete main.298.com.YoStarJP.AzurLane.obb

If there are any other .obb files — feel free to delete them. Because you need only the latest .obb file so the game will work correctly.

3) Download a new .obb file from the link and put it by the following path: Android/obb/com.YoStarJP.AzurLane/

DON'T EVEN TRY TO DO IT, IF YOUR VERSION IS NOT 1.3.2



4) Clear game app cache from app info (CACHE!!! NOT DATA) and launch your game it should be fine now.

P.S. After the game is launched, it will download everything that was not included in the .obb file (hotfixes, patches etc.) You don't need a new .obb file after every patch. Only the one that comes with the latest .apk

===========================================Advanced tips & other stuff(you will not read it anyway)=================================

To begin with - a small educational program regarding updates.

When you use QooApp to download Azur Lane, it will download a .apk first, then QooApp will download the .obb files (the game content files), so you spent less time updating directly through the application itself.

In contrast, if you are using Google Play to download the game, it will download the app, and only after you start the app will it download all the .obb files through the application itself.

When you use ApkPure, it sometimes lets you choose between downloading a .xapk (.xapk its like a .zip file with .apk and .obb files in it.) or just a .apk file. If u choose .xapk it's almost the same as QooApp installation, if you choose .apk you will have to download the .obb files through the application itself.

● Your QooApp app or ApkPure app MUST BE up to date for that everything works correctly.

If you using a phone and/or a tablet:

● Make sure that you have enough free space for update installation in your internal storage, you need a minimum 1 GB of available space. If you don't have it, free up some space and try to start the app again.
● Make sure that your game app has all permissions granted. If not, grant it and try to start the game app again.
● Make sure that your QooApp app or ApkPure app have all permissions granted. If not, give it the all the permissions and try to start the QooApp app or ApkPure app again for the update, then try to start a game app again.

From QooApp FAQ:

● If your phone’s default storage is SD card (instead of phone), you should set it to your phone in [Settings].
● A recently discovered problem with Android 6.0 while merging SD card with internal memory. The only solution I’ve found so far: to un-merge, and move the game to internal memory first, then merge again if you like to.
