- - Another meeting at 4:30 PM EST Oct 6 before SoTW
- - Mentors. Not many people applied for to be a mentor, so all moderators and above are mentors. Senior Admin and Admins may be excused from duties when we get sufficient moderators.
- - Clownfishes and Levens will decide who will be a mentor.
- - Platform Admin is most likely going to be one below Manager (Still in talks).
- - Trial Mods will be able to do support rooms for Beta Map. Reports come in, Trial Mods will not be able to speak in Support Rooms when a player is in there.
- - Do not just have a conversation in the Support Rooms.
- - Clownfishes allowed staff to be moved into Staff Lounges.
- - If you talk about moderator things in the Staff Lounges, you will have to remove your Non-Staff friends from the lounge.
- - If you are not Senior Admin or above, you may not join in a support room with more two staff already in there.
- - Do not move anyone in support rooms that are for things you will not be able to help with. Like Specific (that isn't for you) and BuyCraft
- - Staff Guide is out; changes have been made.
- - You will be tested to see if you can remember what is on the staff guide/punishment guidelines.
- - You need to get used to the staff guide. So if you don't have access, let a manager know. IT'S IMPORTANT! It is listed on the Staff Discord if you need it.
- - Teamspeak rules will be added to the staff guide.
- - Managers will have a strict policy. We will check for grammar errors, plagiarism, and other issues. Do not poke managers if someone is breaking these rules. It looks stupid. So if it keeps happening, we will make it to where staff who are not platform-admin and above cannot see applications.
- - You may give tips to the applicant. However, do not accuse the player of ANYTHING. Don't start issues. It looks immature.
- - Do not put non-urgent things in the URGENT. If it happens, managers will remove the message and give you a strike.
- - Age Restrictions will be going back into place. You must be the age of 15 or over. No one will be demoted who is staff now, but this is for future applicants.
- - SS Verified will be going into place. The head mentor for this department is Levens (Manager); he will be running it. You will need SS Verified to screenshare at all. If no SS Verified is on, don't freeze a player. Trial Mods CAN get SS Verified if they meet requirements. Trial Mods (and everyone) please try and get SS Verified.
- - Mentor system is starting for all Trial Mods.
- - You may not join Screenshare Rooms if you don't have SS Verified.
- - Do not be ban hungry. This will result in punishment.
- - Do not complain about "stolen bans". Will result in a strike.
- - The freeze is 3 step. /freeze will bring a gui first. /freeze again will remove inventory lock. Third time will remove freeze. There is a button for players to admit. If they admit, ban them. Dont listen to them if they say its on "accident". Keep them banned.
- - Standards will be high for Beta Map and Map 1. We cant afford to have immature staff breaking rules. One strike = full demote for Beta Map.
- - Dont be stupid. We hired you because we think you have what it takes. Don't disappoint us.
- - We will hand out more than one strike at a time if necessary. Strikes last for 30 days.
- - You will have to blur chat when doing a staff series.
