He's too nice and it makes Baren wants to prank him. He also thinks that Kaz is a too trusting fool and it'll get his ass handed to him at some point. Again, I really wish I could give a more sophisticated answer to this but a lot of people just exist on Barn's periphery asd;jklf.

She immediately loves Kazuji? To be honest she heard about him mostly through Goroji and Makoto but now he's pretty much part of the family. He's a really nice person who cares a lot about Goroji and tbh that's all Anya needs to have a positive opinion of him. She's happy that the two of them are finally together because she was probably shipping it for a while before that. Since she's been so busy with idol things, she thinks that she's managed to miss out on a lot of welcoming him to the family and so now she just wants to make it an extra priority to get to know Kazuji and get along with him!
