[05:06]<+Charlotte> "Those things are attacking humans specifically, you just made a trail of prey leading to an enclosed area filled with even more humans."
[05:06]<Ptolemy> "They have far better chances by sticking together and staying as group in a disaster such as this" Ptolemy claims happily
[05:06]<Ptolemy> "Plus government evacuation transports should arrive any minute now"

[05:11]<Ptolemy> "It really is dangerous though. Your family is likely in one of the shelters as well you might be able to meet up with them if you head there" Ptolemy says hopefully
[05:13]<Ptolemy> "Emergency services should be able to get everyone out soon in any case"
[05:13]* Charlotte pauses briefly, "Nah, I've got a pretty good idea of where they are."

[05:46]<Ptolemy> "Okay. But make sure not to use the elavator! That is a terrible move in emergency situations" Ptolemy puts Charlotte down
[05:47]<Ptolemy> "You see power might cut out and leave you strandard. Or worse. Be sure to keep to the stairs"
[05:47]<~Kroked> Ptolemy: the line seems mostly free of debris, nothing that would stop a train at least
[05:48]<+Charlotte> "How's it look?"
[05:49]* Ptolemy hands the binoculars over to Charlotte to allow her a look.

[05:49]* Charlotte takes them and looks for herself. "Thanks."
[05:49]* Ptolemy looks upwards for any air taxis or flying objects at all.

[05:50]<~Kroked> one has a lone passenger, the driver, a man with strange wires coming off him, shirtless and covered ins trange white scars like lightning
[05:51]<~Kroked> the other has 3 girls, 2 are older, they seem between 16-18, but at the helm, driving is... a 12 year old girl, she's doing well, but its obvious its taking her all to remember what she's doing and keep things smooth
[05:51]* Ptolemy pulls out his neighbourhood watch issued road flare and lights the end. "I gave the other to the evacuees so let us hope this works the first time"
[05:52]* Ptolemy leaves the flair on the roof floor doing his best not to break any fire regulation standards
[05:53]<~Kroked> as you do so, a giant rift appears in the sky between the girls and the man, even Charlotte can see it
[05:53]<~Kroked> from it, comes a figantic bird, like a raven, and strangely after it manifests, the rend dissapears

[06:00]<~Kroked> than... like a streak of lightning, moving so fast you can barely see it, the man's boat streaks down and smashe sinto the bird at 700 miles an hour

[06:00]<~Kroked> the man bails just before impact, and lands in the girl's at
[06:00]* Ptolemy hands the flare to Charlotte
[06:01]<Ptolemy> "Try and lure it if it survives"
[06:01]* Charlotte starts looking for the nearest wooden building.

[06:01]<Ptolemy> "We are in a much better position to escape than they are"
[06:01]<~Kroked> the strike seeming to have completly knocked it out of the sky
