Thank you for your prompt reply however,
Let me outline the problem, I Require a KVM server, not KVM over IP, Native KVM support.

I bought proxmox to make a WINDOWS VPS, as I am sure you are aware, it is not possible to run windows on OpenVZ.

There is no mention of the kimsufi servers lacking KVM support,you even go as far to outline bridge networking for KVM on your proxmox help/faq documentation, this is very misleading.

If you are unable to deliver the service as advertised then I will require a full refund.

However I would much rather prefer to receive what I ordered - A proxmox setup with full functionality.
