  1. "Landing two abilities and an autoattack within 4 seconds will cause affected enemies to bleed for 1/2/3/4/5% of their maximum health for 3 seconds."
  2. This is effectively just a lite version of Talon's passive, and as written, it deals 1% of their maximum health over the entire duration. Even if it was 1% per second, this is so negligible that this is less than an item's power level. In fact, it IS an item's power level-- Liandry's-- but worse, if you don't have the max damage, since Liandry's doubles (I believe) against movement-impaired foes.
  3. Q is a skillshot multi-target charm. Not much to say there, save for the fact that Charm is a powerful CC, and that I'd be wary when attaching it to a multi-hit effect. Rakan, for example, has to run into you to activate it.
  4. Because your W deals more damage to charmed enemies, there's also next to no reason to ever use it if you haven't landed your Q yet. Even then, it's also auto-hit in that case, because they can't dodge due to the charm.
  5. E sounds like it has all the problems of Malzahar's Voidlings/Yorick's old Ghouls, except it also requires you to sit around and do nothing but farm for a bit, and then shoves you into this "okay well now I *have* to Jungle, because that's the only way to get the most out of this ability." I'm not entirely sure why this costs health, either, and it suffers from being too complex. On top of that, it applies your passive consistently, but your passive doesn't stack, so it still does negligible damage.
  6. I'm not entirely sure why you're summoning things. The closest I can think of is a sort of reverse Mordekaiser, where instead of enslaving them with eternal pain, you're using pleasure.
  7. The fact that the power of your Ultimate scales with the number of summons you have shoves you even further into this issue of "I'm gonna sit around and farm until I can max out this effect," and is even FURTHER amplified by the fact that the damage doubles. Not sure why there's a blind, or why you can set it up as a trap.
  8. You also kinda suffer from a lack of skill expression; your only skill test is landing your Q, because that sets up for all of your other abilities, and your E just summons things that you don't have to worry about.
