【HOW TO OBTAIN】
There is an item that has a really low chance of spawning, which is a jar containing DIO's blood.
The item is named DIO's Blood. The user can consume the item, but they will lose their stand. They will instead
get 20% less health and a stand that shows a barely visible Vampirc The World. They will only have access to
the moves Multi-Knife Throw, Blood Drain Grab, Vampiric Blood Gift, Space Ripper Stingy Eye,
Vaporisation Freezing Technique and a unique move for this state of the stand, Superhuman Punch. The stand
name would be 「DIO's World (Incomplete)」. To fully access the stand, the user must kill 50 people with it.
This task is required to energize the stand. When complete, the player will do an animation similar to
the timestop animation, and then respawn with 「DIO's World」.

「PASSIVE」 - Resurrected Vampire Blood
The player will passively regenerate 2% health per second, but Hamon-users will deal 25%
extra damage. They will also have a 3% speed boost.

【MOVES】

E - Useless! Useless! Useless!
The World attacks the target with a wall of fast punches or kicks, dealing massive damage.
A low cooldown would accompany this, like many barrages.

R - Superhuman Punch (ONLY ACCESSIBLE WITH 「DIO's World (Incomplete)」)
The player launches a powerful punch in front of them. This would NOT ragdoll.


R - WRRRYYY! (ONLY ACCESSIBLE WITH 「DIO's World」)
「DIO's World」 strikes the enemy with a fast, incredibly strong punch that would ragdoll the
victim. A medium cooldown would be perfect for this.

T - Multi-Knife Throw
The player throws a 3 knives in a row. It is upgraded to 7 if you use it in a timestop.
(Knives aren't thrown all at once, theres a a millisecond cooldown between them)
Each knife deals a small amount of damage and the move would have a medium cooldown.

F - Timestop
「DIO's World」 freezes time for up to 10 seconds. It also makes Multi-Knife Throw  use 7 instead of 3 knives.

Y - Blood Drain Grab
The player strikes the opponent with their hand, dealing significant damage, while also healing the stand user.
This would ragdoll and have a low cooldown.

B+Y - Vampiric Blood Gift
The user sucks the blood of a player, which will turn them into a zombie and consequently heal them. This zombie
would attack anyone besides the user. The zombie will gain an extra 2% damage boost for 5 seconds, but
will have an extra 25% damage boost from Hamon-users. After 5 seconds, the player will return to normal.
NOTE: The player turned into a zombie would have green skin for the 5 seconds.

V - Space Ripper Stingy Eye
The player leans back and shoots two laser-like projectiles from their eyes, dealing important damage.
They however go slowly and have a medium cooldown.

B - Vaporisation Freezing Technique
The player punches foward, freezing whoever they hurt, so that they can be thrown forward afterwards,
shattering the ice. This would deal great damage and have a long cooldown.

H - ROADA ROLLA DA !
The player dissapears, and appears in the sky with a medium size road roller crashing
into their opponent. In timestop, the road roller freezes, and the player is on the side for 1 second, where
they have the chance to do a barrage or a WRYYY!, which will add their damage to the road roller attack, which
is already massive. It has a long cooldown.

P - Blinded By Wicked Blood
The player turns around to have blood sprout from his leg directly onto an opponent.
The victim is blinded for 2 seconds, before returning to normal. The only thing they see for the 2 seconds is
a dark red square. A long cooldown would be with this move.

X - Timestop Movement
When pressed in a timestop once, the Stand Master can move in someone's timestop for 4 seconds.
Otherwise, it only blocks attacks. It has a low cooldown.
NOTE: The movement part is entirely optional, I decided to put it because 「The World」 could have
the ability to move in others time stop if he learned how.

Z - Stand Jump
This jump has less height and speed because of its damaged state. As usual, a medium cooldown.

【POSE】
