to everyone around her, mirae seems like a happy girl. wherever she goes she always has a bright smile on her face and a cute giggle that escapes her mouth over the smallest things. her laugh and smile can cure anyone's sadness and make them feel warm. she always looks at the bright side of things and appreciates the little things in life like a flower or a puppy passing by. with her happiness comes a hyper girl. she's always full of energy and never seems to be tired even if she only got 4 hours of sleep. it's almost like her body is a powerhouse. her hyperness though can drain your energy out.

although mirae is the oldest of the bunch she is definitely the most childish which often confuses others when she tells them that she is the oldest. mirae is the type to laugh at anything ㅡ the sound of someone breathing, the complete silence, a pencil falling etc ㅡ so heartedly, even if it's not funny. her sense of humor can be odd sometimes. she also loves to tease/bother you over anything she can ㅡ she just loves seeing their reaction and it's her way to get attention from you ㅡ even when you tell her to stop. but, she does know when she has to stop and will, respecting the other persons words. she's just that type of friend who will see you giving a pencil to a guy you never met before and come up to you and say "ooOoOOo my baby got a boyfriend! look at her sharing pencils with him! what else will you share with him? a bed?" over and over again. as you can see mirae jokes too much and it can either be a clean, silly joke or a dirty joke. you never know which one will come at you.  and last but not least, as the fake maknae, this girl definitely has aegyo. no one knows how she's so good at it but it just comes off so naturally. her voice becomes slightly raised and baby like and her expressions become sweet and cute. her actions will definitely make your heart flutter if you're into aegyo. though mirae is all childish do not mistake her for always being like this. she can be serious when she has to especially when it's about one of her sisters.

though she is the childish one and the first to always make a joke out of something she doesn't necessarily takes jokes to light hearted when it's about her. for example if you were to jokingly tell her "aish! you're so annoying.", "leave. i don't need you here." or "you look ugly today." she won't take it heartedly like she does when she laughs and will become extremely sad and a bit offended. it wouldn't even cross her mind that it was a joke and would think about it the whole day, ignoring them for what they said. if what they said really affected her even more because her day was already bad then she would immediately cry. it's not only jokes about her that she's sensitive about but her emotions as well. what i mean by this is that though she is always happy and cheerful she tends to cry easily over things that others could hold their tears back for. she just can't hold her tears back like most. overall mirae is just a childish girl with sensitive feelings.


➤ BACKGROUND ; mirae grew up in an orphanage in anyang when she was 5 years old. when she was little she didn't really know why she was there and would often cry, wanting her parents but as she grew up she understood why. her mom died from an overdose and her father died in a car accident. she was in the orphanage at a young age so she doesn't really remember how they were like. she was in the orphanage for 6 years before finally getting adopted by a beautiful family.

* bts and the girls can have a standoff and mirae is yelling out some really lame and funny comebacks. maybe the girls can get embarrassed and one of the boys say "hey shut your maknae up!" which can result in mirae screaming back saying "ya! i'll have you know i'm the oldest and probably older than most of ya so you better respect me!"
* when her and jin have their first big laugh together, mirae goes on to tease him saying that it sounds like someone cleaning a window and jin getting angry in that cute and funny way that we all know which makes mirae laugh more
* idk if you've ever seen "bob's burgers" but there's an episode where bob's restaurant and his enemy's restaurant are having a competition to see who'll get more customers so they all try these funny ways to get customers while yelling at each other from across the street.
* maybe there can be a scene where the girls aren't getting as much customers since everyone goes to bts's cafe so 2 to 3 girls disguise themselves and go into bts's cafe and order what they have to see what's so good about it and if they can copy what they have. y'all can decide whether they get caught or not
* though mirae is older than jin he insists that she calls him oppa which she does
* jin cooking for mirae and she  gets all happy and giddily when she see's his broad shoulders so she immediately goes to give him a back hug
* mirae getting mad at jin but the argument can be funny. if you've ever seen "sonny with a chance", her and chad used to always go "really? really! good! good! fine! fine!" it can be something like that
* the girls going to the supermarket to buy some ingredients for their cafe but end up running into bts so they have a lowkey competition to see who can grab the ingredients first
* mirae crying because jin or some else said something as a joke that offended her and jin immediately goes to her side to comfort her
* mirae and jin having a friendly competition to see who is better at detecting what is in certain foods while blindfolded cause they were bored
* jin seeing her with glasses and mirae tries to immediately take them off before jin says to keep them on because she looks beautiful like that
* jin stroking her hair while singing which makes mirae immediately fall asleep
* jin and mirae watching her favorite drama and mirae keeps making all these weird noises to explain her feels like when they kiss and jin looking at her strangely or mirae and jin acting out a scene for fun
* since mirae is afraid of the ocean jin takes her to just walk on the sand or to a pool
* mirae talking to jin in english and he acts like he understands, using the minimal english he knows to speak to her
