  155. Dispenser idealy includes: 3 minecarts, 3 minecarts with chests, 3 minecarts with hoppers
  156.
  157.
  158. Operation
  159. 1. Operator stands at the center spire next to lever and button. Give the lever a couple flips to make sure the track is oriented properly, but be sure it is in the up position afterwards.
  160. 2. Wait until all bets have taken place (if any).
  161. 3. Press button to release minecart.
  162. * The minecart will begin to endlessly circle the inner track.
  163. 4. Once sufficent drama has been built up, pull the lever.
  164. * Minecart will move onto outer track, above the wool blocks.
  165. 5. When minecart appears to slow, follow it from inside the tracks WITHOUT TOUCHING IT.
  166. 6. When it stops, call out the color the cart has stopped on. If ambiguous, fudge it so the House profits the most.
  167. 7. Return minecart to dispenser and lever to the up position.
  168.
  169. Customization Notes
  170. *The exact materials that make up X, 1, and 2 do not matter so long as they are solid and (in the case of X) can pass a redstone charge
  171. *Orientation of center spire (inside inner track loop) may be rotated in 90 degree intervals to deliver the cart from different angles
  172. *Blocks may be placed on top of the center spire, including above the powered rail, without affecting minecart delivery
