●● hani was born at seoul, korea. athough moved to shanghai at the age of 10 (due to business stuff her parents had to handle) where she had 1 older brother already born before her, and moved back to seoul at the age of 16 where she had a new sister. she grew up with people who hate wielders, thinking they're the end of their kind. at first, she didn't really know why people would hate on them, perhaps they assumed theyre bad monsters? that they kill people?

of course they're not. they're just human too, with hardships and struggles (except they have quirks or 'abilities').

apparently she heard a story about why people hate wielders, lemme give you a short version about the story because i don't want you to waste your time reading this.

basically the story is about how wielders became the "monsters" they are now. once upon a time a wielder with a very powerful quirk was living in a peaceful village, they were friends with everyone in there, and they were treated like a royal. always getting what they wanted, bossing people around, and blah blah blah. one day, the wielder got angry at one of the people in the village for not doing what they commanded. then, they killed him. soon, the furious wielder was on a rampage, killing everyone he can find in the village, including his own family. it was a dreadful sight to see, lots of blood scattered around, dead bodies everywhere, and a scary 'monster' standing upon the bloody bodies. and thats the story of why people hate wielders.

hani didn't believe in the story though, she thought it was made up. and up until now, she still never sees wielders as monsters, simply because she hasnt met one yet. she tried telling her parents her reason, but they would just give her a lecture about how its wrong to think that wielders are not monsters, almost like a homophobic saying its wrong to love the same sex, and will always be wrong.

but at least her siblings were there to be open about her and supporting it, right?
