  1. Yndi would take notice to the non-human features of this man in front of her. Just what was he? He didn't seem like a blessed beastkin or drakanit, he wasn't a giant or faeborn! The darkness that came from him reminded her of those Deep One worshippers, dark and twisted to the head. Was he something similar?
  2.
  3. The glowing red eyes didn't help.. but she really liked fish. "All this just for my hair? I don't really have hair but I can give some other part of me.. maybe a dab of blood?" She asked, making sure.
  4.
  5. Yndi thought it over. The writing tool slowly made its way towards the parchment until she read something over. "Wait-.." She asked. "What's this about being subject to a higher law? Give me more context, please!" She'd move her hand back.
  6.
  7. She loved fish but there was something abound.
  8. (Yndi)
  9. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  10.
  11. [13:39] On closer inspection really, there was no hair - how silly he was! Well, using his magic the contract was rewritten, so that.. He would receive a vial of blood from the siren.
  12.
  13. That should be enough.
  14.
  15. "This should be a little better, since the first thing to offer would not be able to be delivered - not without a higher cost." He shrugged his shoulders before hearing the question asked, which...
  16.
  17. It was expected and with a smirk, he'd explained.
  18.
  19. "Oh my dear, just friends on the other side - who would force both you and me to do this task we're getting into!
  20.
  21. That is, this deal, the contract to be made - one we must complete." He explained and maybe that made it clearer, at least he hoped so.
  22.
  23. It was a force beyond him, third parties from beyond, that left them both on a total equality.
  24. (Rarvon)
  25. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  26.
  27. [13:42] "Friends on the other side?" She took it literal! Just friends somewhere else really! "I see!" She nods.
  28.
  29. "So it's an I owe you in return for the fish kind of thing and the people will watch it over! Before I sign this, what would you have me do? I'm not much of a fighter, don't make me do your battles is all I'm saying!" Rarvon could tell just by looking this siren wasn't the most experienced of the bunch.
  30.
  31. She wouldn't have anymore questions after this, depending on the answer she may sign it and receive a bountiful fish meal!
  32. (Yndi)
  33. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  34.
  35. [13:47] Perfect, she understood! Probably.
  36.
  37. "No, no - I just want you to puncture your own hand and drip your blood into this vial." And on this a vial was taken out, from a inner pocket of his coat, "The contract is only to guarantee that this will be done - nothing more, nothing less.
  38.
  39. You get the fish, I get your blood - that's it, we're done here and you won't have to worry about anything else!" So she wasn't signing a servitude contract!
  40.
  41. No, she was signing a business receipt, practically.
  42. (Rarvon)
  43. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  44.
  45. [13:52] "Oh!" What was a little blood loss for fish? No pain, no gain!
  46.
  47. If only the poor ignorant sirenian knew of what Rarvon was. Yndi would writing her name down upon the contract, where it was to be signed. Her name was spelt out, 'Yndi'. "There!" She smiled.
  48.
  49. A hand is offered to Rarvon, "Now take the blood, don't puncture too deep, please.. I need to use these hands for my coral weaving." She would let the nethradin do the work since she wasn't sure how much he exactly needed and this was a trust thing! Trust that she fulfills her end.
  50.
  51. Now she hopes the nethradin would offer the fish after.
  52. (Yndi)
  53. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  54.
  55. [13:58] The contract was signed and something by the Siren was felt, an almost alarming presence taking over her - a feeling that she had done something wrong, while a ghostly laugh in almost a whisper was heard in the distance.
  56.
  57. Oh no.
  58.
  59. The fish was hers to take, but before she took these - the amorphous mass that was the spirit's hand enveloped hers, a puncture was made and she would feel it deeply, before the blood was drawn by the creature..
  60.
  61. Dripped over the vial halfway.
  62.
  63. When done, her hand was loose and notably there was no longer a cut there - just a small scar. This was good, right? Perhaps.
  64.
  65. "It's done, I hope you're happy with the deal made, Miss Yndi! There's no turning back now." And then that parchment was placed inside the entity's top hat.
  66.
  67. And there it was seen the existence of one more, apparently this was the second contract he made - what happened in the other one? Well, that was a question for another time.
  68.
  69. "Oh, you can call me Friend or Deal Maker, as well as Ragnild, a name I got recently." He said it subtly, before pulling away and standing beside Caly.
  70.
  71. Leaning over this one.
  72. (Rarvon)
  73. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  74.
  75. [14:08] She felt an instant feeling of regret after signing the paper. The siren gave a frown but the deal was made, there was no refunds! She gave a concerned look towards Rarvon before readying to grab the fish.
  76.
  77. Her hand is taken as she reached for one, she felt a stab and she gave a small whimper of pain. Her green ichor filled the vial to the required amount and the hand is let go of. She'd stare down seeing just a small mark, a reminder of what deal she made on this day.
  78.
  79. Maybe she wont regret it?
  80.
  81. Yndi looks at his top hat raised, a second paper underneath, someone else must've had a fishy deal too. "Ragnild, I'll call you Ragnild." She nods, her head fins flip and wiggle. Yndi grabbed the fish, putting it in her back and ready to eat it all down once she got back home!
  82.
  83. "I guess we may see each other again? I am from Port Fortune and I just moved in recently!" She gave a shrug, who knows if there paths will cross but it was often she shored near the tower since it was the closest mainland to the island.
  84. (Yndi)
  85. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  86.
  87. [14:12] "Perhaps, not many people allow me to get too close to speak without going into aggression." He shrugged, she was a rare case.
  88.
  89. Since others have already hurt the entity too much, while in his friendly attempts to talk and establish his contracts happened.
  90.
  91. "But I'll always be here if you need me, near the tower." That could be sure, since he now lived there.
  92.
  93. Along with other entities.. Which was enough.
  94.
  95. "Well if that's all, good luck young siren and until another time." And in that, a bow was respectfully offered by the nethradin.
  96.
  97. Which was quite happy with the conclusion of their contract.
  98. (Rarvon)
  99. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  100.
  101. [14:13] Yndi says, "Swim safely Ragnild, hopefully more do not attack you! You made interesting deals."
