hello (whoever)

i am emailing in regards to my order which i have not yet recieved and was to be delivered by the 13th nov at the latest. it has now been 11 days since it was dispatched.

i did not revieve a tracking number with my order so i cannot verify the item is actually on its way to me.

as it stands, i cannot use my television for the 3d content i have at all until i recieve my hdmi 1.4a cable.

can you please check on the delivery status and/or provide me with a tracking number so that i can do it myself?

please respond so i know where i stand.
