The Real DOE Fund

The people that run and operate this facility are some of the most disgusting, despicable people I have ever encountered my entire life. All the female staff does all day is talk about guys penises and testicles, talking about jerking guys off in the offices. I am convinced all the females here are running prostitution rings out of their own offices. All hours of the day you hear the women who work here talking about pussies or different guys junk/balls and about giving out handjobs. Keep in mind this is a homeless facility hosting 200 homeless men, I can only imagine what these girls do or what goes on behind closed doors. It is completely inappropriate and troublesome. As for the males who run the facility, their behavior is no better. The security guard "training" program encourages and empowers the security guards to go around spreading rumors and inciting violence. It is the biggest joke of a job program I have ever seen. Every security guard makes this facility less safe, and the people whom oversee the program have no interest or care in what their trainees actually do on the clock. Everyone in the building wants to be a security guard because they get the most hours and do that least amount of work. There is zero accountability.

At the very top, this facility is run by literally THE most racist people I have ever met – ever, black or white. They have no idea what a HIPAA violation is, no idea what discrimination constitutes or sexual harassment. They literally have no clue about any law, their behavior is completely inappropriate, I honestly have no clue how any of these people got their job or why. Because they run a homeless facility attached to a charity people on the outside see them all as honorable saints, but they are some of the scummiest/slimiest people in the entire world, just mooching off the benefits of wealthy investors. This is an entirely corrupt enterprise and if any of these investors knew what actually goes on inside any of these building I assure you not a single soul would donate to them again.

Even as I sit here typing this article there are women and clients in the hallway talking about guys jerking off and giving handjobs. These people have no clue how to behave in public or the work place. Even people on the streets of Harlem walk up to me and tell me that I need to teach these people some manners, this entire facility is out of control.

Because I am white, and the facilities supervisors, namely Mike Allen and Mike Roy, do not want to see their "resources" go towards paying a white man, they try to discriminate against me and as much as possible in hopes I will just leave the program, and they encourage the rest of the staff and clients to do the same as well. These people have literally walked all over new york on their routes spreading lies and disinformation about me, calling me a pedophile, sexist, misogynist, rapist, white supremacist, paranoid schizophrenic. you name it. They even follow me around town and to the gym during my off days/hours just to spread rumors and lies about me. They tell people all over New York that I need to get my testicles pulled or cut off, and talk about cutting my testicles off all day and night inside the facility. They walk the streets and call different people up telling them I am schizophrenic who needs to be locked away at a mental facility. It is just games to these people, like they do it for fun, but this has been going on for months non-stop. I have no clue how the Harlem police have not stepped in or said something to these people, even the Harlem police said "what do I care if you get your balls cut off" when I went to them to talk about it. That is how far these people have gone to talk about me and slander me. We are literally talking about hundreds and hundreds of people over the months who have all been told to do this by supervisors out of this building. It is almost a cult like atmosphere here.

Given that this is a New York State Government facility, this shelter needs to be investigated, closed down or purged immediately. The discrimination and harassment coming out of this building is utterly unbelievable.
