  1. WaSuYu Chapter 2 - Minowa Gin
  2. Expert mode scenario 3 - Cooking Together!
  3. Washio residence, living room
  4. Su: Well then, shall we begin?
  5. So: Okay! I'll be in your care, Wasshi-sensei~!
  6. Gi: Ahem. I, Minowa Gin, will be your assistant.
  7. So: I'll be in your care too, Mino-san~!
  8. Gi: Very well. So, Sumi, what are we going to make?
  9. Su: Let's see... It would be too difficult to start with any elaborate dishes, so how about something simple?
  10. Gi: Udon is by far the best option then.
  11. So: Oh~. I think I can handle udon~.
  12. Su: ...What are you two talking about? Udon is one of the most difficult dishes.
  13. Gi: Huh? But all you've gotta do is cook the noodles and use whatever you want as a topping. You have to be picky about the soup base, though.
  14. Su: Wha...!? But you have to be particular about the noodles, as well!
  15. Gi: ...Huh?
  16. Su: The texture, the springiness, the feeling in the throat... In order to get all of these perfect, you have choose wheat of the right!
  17. Gi: You wanna start with making the noodles!? Oh well... Let's forget about udon then.
  18. So: Eeh~. That's too bad~.
  19. Su: We will try them once you're more skilled, Sonocchi. So... how about tamagoyaki for today?
  20. So: Oh, tamagoyaki is delicious, isn't it~?
  21. Gi: ...It's simple all right, but you aren't planning to get a chicken to lay the eggs for you or something, right?
  22. Su: Don't worry. I already bought some freshly laid eggs this morning.
  23. Gi: So the laying is already done... Oh, but if we're using eggs anyways, wouldn't fried eggs be simpler?
  24. So: That's a breakfast staple~.
  25. Su: Not so fast, Gin. Fried eggs are Western. I want to show Sonocchi how to cook Japanese dishes.
  26. Gi: Huh, they're Western!? I feel like they'd fit right in with Japanese cuisine though... Well, whatever.
  27. Su: To get back on topic, we could try our hands at dashi tamagoyaki.
  28. Gi: Are you for real!? No, no, soy sauce is the way to go.
  29. Su: ...!? You mean to add soy sauce to the beaten egg...? Gin, I'm not so sure about that.
  30. So: I like both~.
  31. Gi: Whoa, whoa, whoa! Sumi-san, wait a sec. Are you saying you don't like that sublime smell of soy sauce sizzling in the pan!?
  32. Su: It's nothing less than blasphemy against tamagoyaki.
  33. Gi: What was that!? Aren't you the one who's committing blasphemy against soy sauce!?
  34. So: (In the end, we went with something all of us like: Noodle soup base~.)
