Roblox is a place filled with different worlds and lots of faces! Sub you have quite the friend’s list yourself there, and I know your mischievous spirit all too well. So today you’re not gonna be finding 1 way - but 15 Ways to Prank Your Friends in Roblox.

Great pranks deliver great laughs and even greater annoyances! But none of today’s methods will be harmful or malicious! In fact we always recommend that you avoid causing real harm to your roblox friends! You don’t wanna be a loner after all!

Number one. “Free” Robux. Everybody loves that in-game currency, that green stack of cash we all call Robux. Not only is it super valuable, and purchased for real world money - it is also used to buy the best of the best things in roblox games.

Anyone who’s anyone should have some robux saved up on roblox, and if you don’t, perhaps you’ll really be eager to get some. Sub you’ve noticed that a few of your friends don’t really have much.

They sure would get excited if you said you were giving out free robux, or happened to point them in the direction of a game that had some! Unluckily for them, it’s just a prank, and they will of course, have to buy their own.

Number two. Hide and Seek. Playing games with friends is fun. Tag, I-spy, even hide and seek, which is what you’re playing with Bacon hair right now, aren’t you Sub. It seems Bacon Hair is counting and you’re trying to hide.

How long have you been playing this game? 2? 3 hours? Maybe it’s time to stop. But don’t tell bacon hair that! Just disconnect from the game, and leave him looking around searching for you!

It won’t take too long until he figures out you’ve left - hopefully.

Number three. Heist Buster. Bacon hair is trying himself at being a criminal, and you’re joining him as you go up against cops and break down vault doors. The perfect life of crime for two jailbirds that recently broke out of their cell.

Bacon hair seems a little less cautious than you Sub. He’s attracting a lot of attention and he could easily bring your whole criminal operation down. Maybe you should throw him under the bus!

Wait until he’s mid heist and call the cops. Tell them his location and then flee before he can incriminate you too! With him gone you have no loose ends to worry about, and no one to give you away!

Number four. Horror Map Surprise. Bacon hair over here is a big fan of vibrant colours and cartoon characters. Psst Sub, a little birdie actually told me that his favourite cartoon character is Peppa Pig, so maybe we could use that to creep him out.

Let him know a brand new game just launched for Peppa Pig. He’ll jump right on in! Secretly, you’ll just be linking him to the epicly scary horror game PIGGY. But he won’t know that until he’s inside.

Number five. Noob Disguise. Sub you’re not just a pro, you’re a mega ultra super pro, and any player who sees you will probably recognise this. It can be hard being at the top, so maybe you should trick your friends by pretending to be at the bottom.

Go into your player model and reset everything. Make yourself look like a bacon haired noob then go meet all your friends. Not only will they be weirded out that you no longer know anything about Roblox, but they’ll also question whether it’s really you at all!

Number six. The Fake Update. The biggest games in roblox update regularly with lots of new content being added around the clock. Most of these updates are scheduled, but some can be a secret, big surprise.

While the community is waiting for the next big update of a popular game, announce to your friends that the update has just released super early, and secretly! They’ll probably fall off their seat in a hurry to get onto the game page! Jokes on them!

Number seven. YouTuber Dress Up. When you log on to see your friends they’re just going to be expecting you. A casual player they enjoy spending time with and talking about their favourite roblox games and youtubers.

Consider finding some of these roblox youtubers and dress up like them. Log in to find your friends and at a quick glance, they’ll probably think it’s that very youtuber!


You kinda can’t make this one work too well, Sub, as you’re already a youtuber yourself. In fact you’ll be the one that’s able to spot anyone impersonating you!

What’s that Sub? You want to know if the viewers at home think your roblox skin is cool? Well how am I supposed to know? Perhaps they should like this video if they do!

Number eight. You’re Invisible! No not really Sub. but see how I made you think you were just by saying it? Roblox games can often be glitchy, and you can never really predict what might happen.

Most users know this, and so if you start acting as if they’ve just completely turned invisible or disappeared, they may start getting annoyed or even try to log back into the game. Keep doing it and they may just think they’ve been ghosted from all of Roblox reality!

Number nine. The Top Rarity. Every game has items. And most items have a rarity. Whether it’s saving up coins to buy the best item, or opening a crate with a possible chance to get something good - there’s always a new thing that people want to earn in the game.

Sub I know you have plenty of friends that open loot boxes and knife crates on particular games! Maybe you should tell them all you just got the best, rarest possible weapon and see how quick they all log on!

Number ten. Unfriending. This one’s pretty serious so only do it with your closest friends who know how to take a joke pretty well. Obviously having someone on your friends list means you regularly stay in touch and play together.

If someone unfriends you- that’s- that’s like them removing you from their life. Or at least their roblox life. Doing this to a few people will surely get them online chasing you around and asking you why! Of course you can re-add them once the gig is up.

Number eleven. Hacked. No one on roblox likes a hacker, and especially if one of your closest friends gets hacked. Not only is that bad for them, but it could be bad for you, as they may try to take over other accounts on that person’s friends list.

Sub you’re always trying to practise safe security and so you haven’t been hacked - but bacon hair doesn’t know this. Change up your skin, name, and even edit your bio to show that you could’ve been hacked.

Start running about games and acting strangely - then you can watch as all of your friends freak out and try to stop you from causing damage! It’s just a prank guys, chill out!

Number twelve. Fake Promo Codes. Promo Codes are cool little word or number passwords you can enter into the game to give you free stuff like coins and gems. These don’t exist in every game, but a lot of big ones have them.

Promo codes are kinda like cheats, and as such, there are some out there that give some really big rewards. Some promo hunters spend hours trawling through forums, social media, and youtube videos looking for the best of the best codes -

I think even some of your friends do it Sub. So tell them that there’s one that gives them EVERYTHING in the game. It will drive them crazy searching for it - when it doesn’t even exist at all.

Number thirteen. The Pointless Obby. Obstacle courses are all over Roblox, and if you want to be any good at the game, you’re going to need a little parkour training.

Luckily most parkour courses in games come with rewards, level ups or general progression - so there’s always incentive to give one a go. Unless there isn’t.

Sub I see you’ve made an obby but removed all the rewards. Doesn’t that mean it’s completely pointless? Ah well. Bacon hair is still at the bottom. It’ll take a while for him to get up here anyway.

Number fourteen. Game Switcheroo. I see you’re playing with some friends Sub. A perfect time for a prank no doubt. I see one of your friends is messaging and asking where to find you all. You wouldn’t pull off a group prank and tell him you’re all on another game entirely would you? Would you? Of course you would. Sorry, Bacon hair.

Number fifthteen. ROBLOX Close Down. Everyone’s greatest fear, roblox closing down for good. While seeing server maintenance is enough to scare a bunch of people - what if Roblox released a statement saying they were closing for good!?

I’m sure they’d never do it, but what if your friends received a fake, or maybe even photoshopped letter from you, Sub, saying that the game is about to end! A final prank that will truly get your friends quaking in their blocky boots. Of course you can reveal it’s all just a trick eventually!
