Terms of use and rules

These rules became into effect on January 20, 2020

    Generals:
        By registering and using the service, you automatically agree to our rules;
        The administration may refuse to provide services without explanation;
        Withdrawing money from the account balance is not provided, for any reason. We are not a bank - use your funds in the store;
        The account holder is solely responsible for the safety of access to the account;
        Registration and use of more than one account is prohibited;
        High refund rate will lead to account ban; People with low refund rate will receive a sale on all fullz. For example your rating is 100 you will receive 40% on all fullz;

    Cards:
        There are two types of bases with cards - "NO REF" and "Check Nm";
        Cards from the "NO REF" databases are considered valid and are non-refundable. To buy or not is up to you;
        Cards from bases with check time (for example, Check 10m, Check 20m, etc.) can be checked with the built-in checker after purchase in the "My Cards" section. For dead cards, an automatic refund of the cost of the card and check is provided;
        50% discount on cards that expire in the current month;
        For cards that have been published during the last day, the price is increased by 50%;
        Administration is not responsible for incorrect AVS and card balance;
        We advise you to make copies of the acquired information, as sometimes we perform database clean up;

    Checker:
        On the site, We use 100% Valid checker so messages like u got approved on dead cc is not accepted;
        When checking cards, you pay 0.50$ on every cc u check doesn't matter if cc is dead or approved;
        For cards that received Dead status when checking, the cost of the card and check is automatically refunded;
        After purchase, the cards are added to the "History" section;
        If you did not manage to check the card in the allotted time (5min) - it is considered valid;

    Support:
        Support is provided via chat in the "Tickets" section with a support representative;
        When contacting support, try to describe as much as possible the problem and your expectations for solving it;
        Appeals regarding appealing the results of the checker are not considered. If the checker showed Live - no refund is provided;
        Issues on cards that have not been checked are not considered;
        Questions regarding the inconsistency of billing information or the balance on the card are not considered and will be ignored;
        Requests for adding specific countries are accepted. request countries in tickets section;

    Billing:
        To replenish the account balance, we accept Bitcoin;
        To replenish your account, generate a BTC address on the "Add Funds" page (accessible from the menu by clicking on your nickname). One recharge = one BTC address;
        The minimum amount to replenish - 10$;
        For automatic replenishment, you need to send the exact amount in BTC in one payment! Do not send 2 or more transactions to the same address;
        If you don’t have enough money to pay for the created order, transfer the amount you have, wait 2+ confirmations of the transaction in the Bitcoin network, then on the page with the list of orders click on the "Open / Refresh" button opposite the address to which the money was transferred . The order will be recounted and the balance replenished.
