  1. Sunny Flare
  2. >The middle sibling.
  3. >Easily bored and mean spirited.
  4. >That even includes shirking her aristocratic responsibilities but she doesn't have as much to do with it as her other kin anyways.
  5. >This lead Sunny to find herself without much of a place in her family or anything to really aim to accomplish.
  6. >Her family has a cut-throat attitude that the ends justify the means, and it obviously gets results.
  7. >They run the family business like a mafia and have the largest influence over the local area, extortion being well within acceptable to them.
  8. >Even Cinch is aware of the threatening undertones of the Flare's, and is weary to Sunny as no exception.
  9. >Instead she has turned to seeking out and gathering together misfits like the other 4, who can stir the pot.
  10.
  11. >Usually when in public Sunny prefers to let others do the talking and work, and she doesn't need to say much.
  12. >As the hair pin of the family emblem and her knowing smirk says more than enough to those who are in the know.
  13. >She can seem like she is helpless pessimist on the surface around her friends 'face it Sour we're doomed'
  14. >But underneath Sunny is much more cunning and highly manipulative.
  15. >Sunny was a frequent chess opponent to Sugarcoat's rival family, she can be very strategic and can play for the long game or the 'long con' if she's interested in the end result.
  16. >But that also means her interest is fickle and she might take a dive because she's bored with the current situation.
  17. >Or did she just let them win to get them to lower their guard for a gain later? It's hard to tell with her.
  18. >Although quieter than the other 5, she has a much nastier side that she only shows in private.
  19. >Her personality is much like a sheathed dagger. Seems relatively harmless but can become dangerous.
  20. >Sunny doesn't often fully apply herself, and finds that if she does then it's too easy. thanks to her upbringing and personal training.
  21.
  22. Sour Sweet
  23. >An only daughter to her original biological mother and father
  24. >and her real father? either long gone or long dead.
  25. >The experiences and ideas ingrained into her head has lead to an immediate distrusting of others like Twilight's humbleness at the bus stop. 'Im watching you'
  26. >The Sweet's think their family is a cut above the rest, or most deserving yet are the poorest of the 5. even more so than Zap's unearned wealth.
  27. >Her family especially dislikes Zest who they consider as 'an embarrassment to her own family'
  28. >Made worse by being very bitter and jealous over Zest's family success that just took off out of nowhere.
  29. >Like Zap, Sour's original family didn't originate from a success story.
  30. >Her mother is a full fledged gold digger, who has remarried over and over again to gain a better foothold on society moving up the ladder and bringing Sour along with her.
  31. >Growing up, Sour was dragged to diner parties which she hated and was shown off for prospects to use Sour as another stepping stone.
  32. >Her attitude in general is a reflection of living with her mother's two-faced personality.
  33. >She had to 'hold her tongue' at the parties and build her 'Sweet' persona as it was drilled into her through lessons with of all the practiced speech she had to do in front of the mirror.
  34. >Suck up to other rich folk and toe the line, but deride and mock others who are poorer and inferior because thats what the in-crowd does.
  35. >The life she was gradually brought up in was the nightmare that Zap or the others thankfully never knew.
  36. >Everyone around had fake smiles and wanted something out of her. Or that her mother wanted out of them.
  37. >Becoming extremely jaded and disgusted with this lifestyle she sometimes turns to heavy escapism.
  38. >Sour has blamed her mother for all of her problems, and how she will never have a real family.
  39. >It merely started as an act, using her sweet tone used to mock her mother when they return home.
  40.
  41. Sugarcoat
  42. >Realist but misunderstood as pessimistic. She is studious and logical.
  43. >Sugarcoat is the most intelligent introverted of the 5 and lived a sheltered childhood without any real friends.
  44. >Has a large vocabulary and dearth of information she can pull from memorizing a large part of her family library's collection but gets straight to the point with concise brutal honesty.
  45. >Her opinions were honed and sharped like a blade that will cut anyone down from her time spent being a critic and judge while on family business, traveling.
  46. >On her travels as a critic she was always said to be correct so she figured she should tell people what she thought more often. After all the truth was getting her praise and making people happy.
  47. >To the disdain of everyone else getting rebuffed and shot down if they tried to approach her, and would only be reinforced by her family's approval of her decision, which is everything to her.
  48. >This lead to her being seen as totally unapproachable, and anti-social.
  49. >Rival family with Sunny's they hold themselves and their children to professionalism at all times and are firm believers in status and presentation. Unlike Zest's uh rich and 'eccentric ' family who just let their kids do whatever they pleased.
  50. >If EQG wasnt set on making a Sunset vs Twilight battle then it would have been Sugarcoat on the stage at the finals.
  51. >But because it was Twilight as the 1st place winner she still sees it as means that she needs to 'do better'
  52. >Twilight in general was reminder for Sugarcoat that she's not as much of a genius as she's hyped up to be and still has a long ways to go.
  53. >Sugar is considered a prodigy amoung her peers, she is naturally gifted and at all sorts of skills which is how she picked up motocross from Zap.
  54. >She doesn't see much difficulty to learning these things if you just follow it by the book or plan them out.
  55. >Second to Twilight in terms of applied knowledge but more varied use in general, while Twilight's is highly specialized.
  56. >The gap between them widened when Twilight started to pursue advanced technology with magic and Sugar stays with Earth science and technology.
  57. >Even though she doesnt show much emotion she has sympathy for Zap and Zest and helps them along with Sunny Flare tutoring them.
  58. >She has never held grudges like Sunny's family and sees that as a waste of time, illogical to progress and resolutions, overall not worth the emotional effort.
  59. >As proof of that the meticuliously created the tech-bracelets was a personal project, but then gave them to Sunny.
  60. >She's the kind of girl who wouldn't even have thought of the idea of being sexy, actual intamacy, flirting or romance.
  61. >Mainly nuetral and indifferent already but after being redeemed she decides she wants to gain valuable experiences outside of studies and books to help out the less fortunate(ly) talented.
  62. >This was partially due to Twilight. Who came from the city, was self-taught not brought up in private schools and home tutoring but still surpassed her through her own ambition.
  63. >She may struggle with showing emotions and attempt to learn how to understand what people are really saying, instead of what they are 'saying'.
  64. >And become more open-minded instead of keeping it straight-and-narrow by the book.
  65. >Sometimes you need an out-of-the-box thinking.
  66.
  67. Lemon Zest
  68. >Has a leap before you look and cut loose attitude.
  69. >Doesnt like arguing and tunes people out (through music.)
  70. >Zest is too much of a party animal for her own good
  71. >she can be emotional and not that reasonable losing herself in the moment which may get her into trouble (drugs, crime or sex)
  72. >Doesnt have a utilitarian hobby like Zap, or any real goal for a career in mind because her family is loaded.
  73. >Like Zap she is also bad at grades and was the least booksmart of the 5 as the first to drop out of the spelling bee.
  74. >But it doesnt show on her report card, as her family bribes the school into bumping up the grades.
  75. >Being able to coast through life has lead her to believe to some degree that money can solve all the problems.
  76. >She was Zap's first new friend when Zap moved into the new town.
  77. >Constantly paired with Zap. The two of them are both bad influences on eachother and enabled eachother's bad habits.
  78. >Zap wants to ditch high society life and vent while Zest wants to 'live' whatever that means at the time.
  79. >She wants to keep her best friends happy and tries to make what she thinks are 'positive' suggestions to unwind and relax.
  80. >If she broke into a store for fun with someone she would probably be the one to ask if it's a good idea (or she would feel bad about it later and keep it bottled up)
  81. >She dreams big without thinking it out. An optimistic pie in the sky (at first) but can hurt others along the way making her feel regret.
  82. >Telling people the party would be hosted on a yacht was probably her own idea, putting the SBolts in a bind to meet the expectations.
  83. >Shes the kind of girl who would buy something first, then ask if it was okay if she could borrow the money for it. not because shes broke but because her parents cut her off from her funds.
  84. >Will show up as an uninvited guest at any point either to hangout / eat / crash or someone to kidnap away for a few days.
  85. >Zest avoids being at home which leads to believe that it's not all daisies with the family who have a long distance relationship or cut her off from their life.
  86. >She lives in a largely empty (but staffed) mansion and hardly ever sees her parents.
  87. >This has lead to doing whatever she wants around the house, but became lonely and likes the company of others.
  88. >The emptiness of the same yes-men cookie cutters causes her to reach out to other people like Twilight on the bus.
  89. >As per her tropical colorscheme she loves spending time on the private beach summer house resort, instead of being couped up in a giant house of empty rooms.
  90. >Since being redeemed she wants to host big parties at her house (like letting Vynl use the main ballroom as a concert) and doesnt put much importance on the value of whats inside them with material wealth like fancy panting, furniture or tapestry over real life people.
  91. >Those rooms have to get used somehow, so whats the problem?
  92.
  93. Indigo Zap
  94. >Tomboy with overly aggressive tenancies
  95. >Shoves Twilight out of the way getting off the bus after getting in her face.
  96. >She was doing okay in her old school, but the private school life is on another level.
  97. >Skilled in carpentry which she learned before moving, but consistently bad at grades in CH and failing.
  98. >Pours her frustration into being hyper competitive at sports or other physical activity to vent.
  99. >A thrill seeker, trying to live in the moment because she's scared of for her future of not living up to CrystalHigh standards.
  100. >Her family wasnt rich, until they were handed a fortune either through incoherence or lottery.
  101. >She was an outsider doesnt feel like she belongs with high society, probably moved in from another completely different part of the country.
  102. >Her family are more interested in money and living the dream than Zap losing her childhood friends from her old town.
  103. >Sunny, Sour and Sugar changed her perspective about rich people so she will stick up for them and may get abusive going too far.
  104. >She still has issues with trying to fit-in to high society though and bends the rules of following dress code.
  105. >She's the kind of girl who would rip a dress skirt just so its easier to move in and doesn't "get" fasion.
