- Hello, I am looking to apply for a position as a developer for Podcrash+. I used to develop cheats for Minecraft but have since moved on. My current portfolio is a bit underwhelming with no major projects. My most notable work in the Minecraft scene is contributing to the hacked client Nivia. I am not listed or credited in the client because I mainly worked on the visual elements of the cheat. If you would like to confirm this, you can contact Ygore (note: the rumor of him passing away is false; can be contacted at: https://steamcommunity.com/id/ygore). I have also contributed some to Impact, albeit not much. After moving on from Minecraft, I have worked on a few rudimentary Java projects which are hosted on my Github (https://github.com/unknown). Most of my projects, which includes a simple client/server messenger and a few simple games, are not hosted on Github.
- I mainly want to work at Podcrash+ to see if majoring Computer Science and getting a job in the field is a good idea or not. I want to treat this as a learning opportunity and an experience to build off of. Learning has never been an issue for me and I would love to take on this project if I’m given the chance to.
- I hope that I am given a chance, but I understand that I may need to build my portfolio to be given a chance.
- Thank you for this wonderful opportunity and I hope you get the developers you need.
