  11. 太陽の光、月の光: Talk to bar patron; collect two key items from floor 3: one at F4 at night, the other at E1 during the day; talk to bar patron again. Reward: 3 Medica II; 2250 EXP
  12. 稀少個体ハンター!: Go to marked point on floor 2; fight any rare enemy on floor 2 after moving from point. Reward: 600 en; 2500 EXP

  14. Floor 4:
  15. 成長の証明: Kill a centipede FOE. Reward: 1 Amrita; 4500 EXP.
  16. 幻の巨大ローパー: Obtain 1 normal drop (太いツタ) from giant trees on floor 3-5. Reward: 3 Volt Jar; 3000 EXP

  18. Floor 5:
  19. グリフォンの家: Talk to bar patron, find key item on floor 5 (C6), win enemy ambush, talk to bar patron. Reward: 1 Soma; 3250 EXP
  20. 害獣駆除: Go to marked point on floor 5, follow instructions (1st option, 2nd, 2nd, 2nd, 1st). Reward: 2 Bronze Ingot; 3500 EXP
  21. 新メニュー開発記録: Obtain 1 normal drop (真紅の頭胸甲) from crayfish FOE. Reward: 3 Boiled Crayfish (food); 4500 EXP
  22. ジェネッタの大冒険: Visit Genetta at inn, travel to point on floor 3 (E2), defeat owlbear FOE. Reward: 1 Pepper Cannon (gun); 3250 EXP; inn will now produce honey.

  24. Floor 6:
  25. 狩人の矜持: Disarm 3 invisible, randomly distributed mines in designated area of floor 5. You can detect them with a tool they give you in a way similar to the game Minesweeper, or have a Lunaria with Detect Mana point them out directly. When searching in any spot in the area, the 2nd option prompts you to select the character with Detect Mana, and if there's anything nearby will show directions as kanji in yellow. Search again and choose the third option to get a prompt to select directions. You can either try to match the kanji to disarm them all, or just run around randomly to detonate all the mines and take damage (probably lowers reward). Reward: 3 Panic Incense; 6750 EXP
  26. 三度の飯より魔物が好き: Collect 3 ordinary drops (子猫の三角耳) from cat enemies on floor 6. Reward: 2 Medica III; 7500 EXP

  28. Floor 7:
  29. 更なる冒険の準備: Sell ingredients to shop for Resin Targe (3 ドロドロの樹脂 from chopping in stratum 2). Reward: Resin Targe; 8400 EXP
  30. 魔物との対話: Talk to bar patron, go to marked point on floor 7, deal with animal there (exact result depends on classes in party). Return to bar patron, top option tells him you healed it and lowers reward. Reward: 1500 en; EXP 7000
  31. ジェネッタの想い: Talk to Genetta at inn, collect 1 meat (獣肉) from events, etc, and 1 wheat (樹海コムギ) from forest search gather points. Return to inn. Reward: 4 Nectar; 9250 EXP
  32. 土竜作戦: All battles on 7th floor become moles, kill enough moles and you will fight a giant mole. Win. Reward: 1 Luck Necklace; 12250 EXP
  33.  
  34. Floor 8:
  35. 毒を以て毒を制す: Sneak up to scorpion FOE on floor 6 while it is unaware of you (do not alert or fight it). Reward: Corsica (boots); 11500 EXP
  36. 最高のドレス作り: Talk to patron in bar, go to area on 2nd floor and follow FOE to C5. Fight 4 FOEs at once and then check back wall of room. Return to bar patron. Reward: 3 Therica A, 3 Therica B; 12000 EXP
  37. 戦いは黄昏を越えて: Talk to guard on floor at, at entry stairs. When ready, select top option to begin contest. Fight 15 enemies and return to bar (game will count for you, mark on map disappears when you're done). Leaving floor or talking to starting guard again forfeits and lowers reward. Reward: 2 Bronze Ingot; 17000 EXP

  39. Floor 9:
  40. 新メニュー開発記録Ⅱ: Collect 1 Milk (ミルク）, 2 Eggs (タマゴ) and 3 Wheat (樹海コムギ), all food items. Milk can be acquired from events, and Wheat from Woodlands Search points, but Eggs are only produced by chickens at the inn, which you can capture on floor 1 with the Animal Husbandry skill. Talk to the guard at E5 and choose all top options, then search points in E3, E6, and C5 before returning to guard. He will give you a chicken that you can take to the inn and give to Genetta (again, top option). Every few days she will provide a few eggs. Reward: 1800 en; 18000 EXP
  41. セリクの頼みごとⅠ: Sell ingredients to sop for Jono (1 封じられた蹄, kill Cliff Goat while legs are sealed). Reward: Jono (sword); 22000 EXP
  42.  
  43. Floor 10:
  44. 行商人セリク: Talk to Serik at shop, travel to floor 9, visit all 3 marked points on map. Reward: 1800 en; 16000 EXP
  45. 新薬実験のために: Search point on floor 9 at D4 (possibly required to visit point before quest become available?). Reward: Petrifrisser (sword); 21000 EXP
  46.  
  47. Floor 11:
  48. まだ見ぬ鉱石を求めて: Talk to bar patron, collect 1 of each mining material from 3rd Stratum, return to bar patron, scaling reward. Reward: 4 Soma; 30000 EXP
  49. 嘘か真か、動く骸骨: Talk to bar patron, record monster data for up to 3 different skeleton enemies on floor 11 (bone archer, flaming skill and the FOE?), return to bar patron, scaling reward. Reward: 5 Amrita; 33500 EXP
  50.  
  51. Floor 12:
  52. セリクの頼みごとⅡ: Sell materials for Sapling Hat to shop (1 上質な若木 from 3rd stratum chopping). Reward: Sapling Hat(helmet); 30000 EXP
  53. 正体不明の種: Use item at point B4 on floor 11, take damage and fight mini-boss. Reward: 3 Patrol Sole; 37200 EXP

  55. Floor 13:
  56. 至極のヴェール作り: Gather 2 クチクソウ from Stratum 3 take points and 3 真白の袋 from ghost enemies. Talk to bar patron. Reward: 2 Holy Gift; 31500 EXP
  57. 魔物の侵攻を阻止せよ!: Fight battles at 3 marked points on floor 11. Reward: Drowsy Bow(bow); 34000 EXP
  58. 評議会からの依頼Ⅰ: Go to Council, point out spot in E3 at end of short corridor. Reward: 7000 en; 36000 EXP

  60. Floor 14:
  61. 新メニュー開発記録Ⅲ: Collect 3 強靭な飛膜 from Zombie Flying Squirrels and 3 ゾンビダケ from Stratum 3 take points. Reward: 1 AGI Accessory; 42000 EXP

  64. 若き冒険者たちの壁: Talk to bar patron, talk to bar patron again and point out Eastern shortcut in E3. Reward: 5 Nectar; 32500 EXP
  65. 樹海にあるロマン: Collect 1 ordinary drop (漆黒の鎧板) from armor FOE. Reward: 1 Silver Ingot; 47500 EXP

  70. 消えた衛兵隊を追って Find the soldier on floor 13, in a square room in quadrant F6 (secret passage south of floor exit), fight quest boss

  73. セリクの頼みごとⅢ: Give mining material from floor 17 to Serik; reward depends on value of material
  74. 暗い暗い穴の中: Check hole on floor 16, quadrant C6; choose someone to take damage and then fight battle (no damage if nightvision?)

  77. うっかりジェネッタ: Talk to Genetta in inn; deliver three lunchboxes to marked squares on floor 17 (secret passage in northmost room, near item box)
  78. 樹海生命体捕獲: Talk to guard at marked point, use crystals to lure FOE onto newly marked point

  80. Floor 19:
  81. 評議会からの依頼Ⅱ: Talk to Remus, go find book in trapped treasure box on Floor 7 (requires key from secret area on floor 17), talk to Remus
  82. 爬虫類との闘争: Only appears after finding lizardman nests on floor 18, quadrants D3 and E4; search nests; each nest has three options, two will lead to ambushes and one to a normal battle: pick 2nd option for NW, 3rd option for SE
  83.  
  84. Floor 20:
  85. 爬虫類との決着: Follow-up to lizard nests; Lizardmen Rampaging on 19; Fight groups of lizardmen until boss spawns
  86. 愛は全ての人に: Talk to Thaddeus in bar, then to Mia, then to Mia's father, and then to Thaddeus again, and then to Mia again. Go to floor 1 and kill quest FOE. Return to bar and talk to Mia, then her Father.

  88. Floor 21:
  89. 暗中模索のウィーディング: Gather at least 1 gathering material from floor 21; scaling reward for having one of each instead (keep choosing top option to continue turning in)
  90. 鋭き刃、研ぐものは: Talk to Thaddius in bar; Talk to Edgar in guild hall; collect drop from acorn enemies on floor 21; talk to Edgar; talk the Mia

  92. Floor 22:
  93. 罪の行き先: Talk to barkeep and point out location of blocked secret passage on floor 19 (E4)
  94. ヴァーノン昆虫日誌: Only appears after finding ant nests on floor 21 (B4 and C5) and maybe other condition. Talk to bar patron. Test two kinds of bread on two different ant nests Always pick the top options and it'll be fine (although you'll end up eating the spicy bread for no reason and taking massive damage); talk to bar patron

  96. Floor 23:
  97. 絶体絶命武士: Turn in any mining material from floor 22; scaling reward
  98. 再会そして依頼: Only appears after Lily randomly(?) shows up in town after coming back from the dungeon. Giver bar patron (Lily) any chopping material from floor 23; scaling reward.

  100. Floor 24:
  101. 野獣への憧憬: Get 1 of each drop from stags and boars on floor 23; Give to bar patron.
  102. 食事と会話: Give cooking items to patron in bar. Requires 目玉焼きパン, 山都のつみれ汁, and 旅人のシチュー. Ingredients for those are eggs, flour, fish, 3rd stratum fish, milk, mandragora.

  104. Floor 25:
  105. 賽は投げられた: Kill all scorpion quest FOEs in designated area on floor 6 without leaving the floor.

  107. Floor 26:
  108. 疾風迅雷の如く: Talk to Edgar at the Guild Hall. Kill the Crystal Dragon within 10 turns. Talk to Edgar again.
  109. 武の集大成!: Collect 1 of each FOE conditional drop from each of the first 5 Strata. Kill crayfish with cut, kill scorpions while petrified, kill animated armors with fire, kill two-headed dogs with volt, kill short-armed monstrosities while cursed.

  111. Floor 27:
  112. ジェネッタ、友達を作るの巻: Talk to Genetta at inn, watch scene in plaza, talk to bar patron. After another scene in the plaza, head to the marked point on floor 3, Genetta will join as a guest (Hound). Then take the stairs to the north. Kill the Dryad with Genetta's help. Raises level cap.
  113. 至高なる時のために: Talk to Edgar at guild, then head to marked point on floor 8. Choose top option to have Edgar join as guest (Dragoon). Kill the Oliphant either with or without Edgar's help.

  115. Floor 28:
  116. 古戦場に眠る竜: Meet with Soleil at marked point on floor 12. Choose top option to have her join as a guest (Reaper). Head through the now open secret passage to the north and explore floors 12 and 13. Kill the Zombie Dragon with or without Soleil's help.
  117. 侵略者現る: Battles on floor 25 replaced with octopus enemies from 6th stratum. Fight battles until boss appears. Unlocks special FOE on floor 25?

  119. Floor 29:
  120. 檻を崩す一振り: Talk to bar patron. Obtain 1 of each mining material from floor 29. Talk to Bar patron. Lots of flavor dialog choices when turning in.
  121. 水晶の森の蛇女: Follow-up to previous quest. Meet Melina at marked point on floor 19. Choose top option to have Melina join as guest (Necromancer). Go through newly opened shortcut and explore floor 19. Kill Lamia with or without Melina.
