    Draconequis Abilities:

    Winged: Draconequui may sometime have multiple wings from different animals or even none at all. Regardless of the case a Draconequus can fly and hover as if it had wings.

    Random Anatomy: You have multiple parts from various creatures. You may pick three racial traits from any unique race, variant, or talent group.

    Chaotic Presence: spell; A fledgling draconequus has a pure chaotic presence which can have random reality changing effects. This spell can be used for minor non combat effects to display your chaotic powers and is mostly for show. You can create almost any visual, auditory, and non-damaging effects. This allows you to summon small objects and even bring life to inanimate things. You cannot deal damage, or directly impede an attack or spell.

    Chaos Warp: Once per combat; You can warp reality to suit your needs. With a snap of your fingers choose one of three effects. Note: You may only have one warp active at a time.

    Improbability Drive: You can turn one critical roll into a failure, or conversely turn one critical failure into a minimum success.

    Improbable Object: You can summon a useful object such as an unenchanted weapon (with any tag) or another useful device out of nowhere.(DM discretion)

    Reality Warp: You can literally change local reality, such as changing day to night or summer to winter. This cannot be used to create a completely uninhabitable environment (the bottom of an ocean, the vacuum of. space.) Once you stop willing this effect it will dissipate if not already removed by another powerful force.

    Perks: Mark of the Gods: You can manifest a symbol of your deity, such as a religious tattoo, a halo, a nimbus around your head, etc. As far as you can tell, it does nothing, but followers of your deity will react accordingly, viewing it as a sign/miracle/etc. If the DM so wishes, he can use this as a story element, giving it religious/prophetic meaning.(3)
    Discordian Biology: Automatic; Until the end of combat (or 5 minutes if outside of combat), pick any two racial abilities and apply them to yourself in place of your own. (3)

    Appearance: Black coat with a silver mane, and purple eyes. Fur-lined black cloak and blue-grey pants taped off around the ankles. A huge tattoo of Discord across his back from neck to the base of his spine. It's in a style similar to the stained glass windows, but more archaic

    Personality: He usually has a rather 'smart-ass' demeanor to him and he loves to shake things up. He has little to no impulse control and it frequently shows. He admires a good mare when he sees one, but he can't tell if they have feelings for him, and vice versa. He generally has trouble feeling or understanding Love or any similar emotion after his different life.  He is absolutely enamored by chaos, and worships Discord loyally, or at least, the old Discord. His Anger is his biggest flaw, as he frequently submits to it and becomes enraged easily.

    Bio: Lucifer never really knew his parents, they had died when he was only 3, from an unspecified illness. By age 4 a traveling Lifebinder, and he was taken into the sect. He was trained in their ways and became a rather skilled fighter with a scythe. Unfortunately, Lucifer's almost pathological hatred of authority was the thing that led to his eventual leave of absence from the cult. He simply wandered the lands until he found out about the cult of Discord. He immediately fell in love with the religion, and dedicated himself to becoming a priest of it. Now he wanders the lands looking for Chaos, and perhaps something else, but he can never seem to figure out what. Now after a major revelation at the hands of Discord, Lucifer gave up his immortality, for the privilege of becoming a Draconequis.
