Dark 'clone': make a clone that looks like you out of dark release, useful for gathering info and when they die, they release a burst of dark chakra.

Dearly Departed: Changes the opponent of the victim to look/talk/feel/act like a recently deceased love one, visual genjutsu

Smell of Decay: smell activated genjutsu that traps the victim in a zombie survival game, the caster can choose to

Ghouls: Undead beasts that can be manufactured, created. They are faster and stronger than normal humans and can make more by transmitting their foul ghoul poison via bite or scratch.

Necromancer's body: Shizumu is effectively immortal, immune to disease and aging, has no need to breath, and is essentially undead

Regeneration: At his current level, Shizumu heals slightly faster than normal humans

Heal others: Shizumu can use his powers over life and death to help heal others as well

Undead Restoration: Shizumu can use his chakra to restore his undead to perfect health.

Teleportation: Using the dark dimension as a gateway, Shizumu can teleport to different coordinates on a map or different places in front of him in an instant.

Seal-less Jutsu: Due to his great chakra control, Teichou can use all jutsu without any seals

Chakra Absorption: Using his great chakra control, Teichou can create a void on any part of his body that lacks chakra. This lack of chakra causes the body to absorb the nearest source of chakra that it can find, often people or jutsu.

Chakra Absorption reflexive: This is the same as chakra absorption except it is now  reflex, an instinct for Teichou whenever a jutsu is launched his way. He mastered this in an attempt to further emulate Nagato.

Chakra Barrier: A barrier of chakra is formed that can block jutsu and even physical attacks from harming Teichou

Chakra Armor: Like the Chakra Barrier, except spread all over his body, this allows Teichou to better protect himself from vicious onslaughts.

Undetectability: Using his great chakra control, Teichou can make it seem as if he is not even present, his chakra invisible to sensors and even kekkai genkai such as the sharingan or byakugan.

Air walking: With his great chakra control, Teichou can create platforms on the air so that he can walk, as if it were ground or water.

Air Running: Taking this even further in mastery, Teichou can run on these platforms at high speeds, giving the appearance that he's running on air.

Enhanced Strength and Speed 1: His great chakra control allows for better chakra circulation to his muscles for increased physical activity. Most ninja can do this, but Teichou does it exceptionally well

Enhanced Strength and Speed 2: His great chakra control allows for better chakra circulation to his muscles for increased physical activity, even more than before.

Haze Shunshin: Same as shunshin, but it leaves a cloud of haze behind, poisoning his enemies

Haze clones: clones made of his Haze release. When they are destroyed, they turn into a cloud of have, either trapping the opponent in a genjutsu, or poisoning them.

Haze Dragon: A dragon shaped projectile formed from Haze release chakra. The dragon does normal damage and then the Haze poisons the opponent and those near the resulting cloud.

Haze Bullets: He shoots small bullets made of Haze release chakra that do the normal blunt damage, as well as explode into a cloud of Haze and poison the opponent or trap them in a genjutsu

Exploding Haze orb: An orb is formed made entirely of Haze chakra. It can then be set down, left to float mid air, or launched at an opponent where it will explode into a huge pressurized cloud of Haze chakra, that's nearly 5mx5m.

Haze Tendrils: Tendrils are formed from Haze chakra that attack, restrict, and poison his foes.

Haze arrows: He forms a bow and shoots arrows made of Haze chakra that do very little damage, but injects the Haze poison inside of their veins.

Haze bomb: A huge, Aoe attack of Haze release chakra is released, hurting enemies with the blast, the force, and the poison.

Haze jutsu (like hidden mist): A haze is formed that obscures vision, makes it hard to breathe and slowly poisons all inside it with Haze poison and genjutsu

Genjutsu Haze (combined with other Haze jutsu): hallucinations formed via Haze release and chakra. Like a drug trip by default, but he can control what illusions are seen.

Exploding Haze Clones: Like Haze Clones but they explode on impact, spreading the Haze farther and further injuring the victim.

Techniques:
Finger genjutsu: Itachi points a finger (theorized that it can be ant body part) and catches the opponent in a near impossible to reverse genjutsu that subjects them to their painful memories, nightmares, or anything Itachi wishes

Tsukuyomi: The Ultimate Genjutsu attributed to Itachi's Mangekyou Sharingan. An opponent is caught if they look Itachi in the eye and are subjected to over 72 hours of mental torture for each second. The world of Tsukyomi is inversed in color and is completely under the control of Itachi to the point where he is omnipotent inside of it

Amaterasu: The Ultimate Fire, also attributed to Itachi's Mangekyou Sharingan. This black flame burns hot enough to consume anything it touches within seconds. It is said to be able to burn even fire and chakra itself. All Itachi has do do is catch someone in his line of sight, and they are instantaneously set aflame and burnt to a crisp. The black flames can be manipulated into other shapes such as dragons, swords, and more.

Susanoo: The Ultimate suit of Armor, equipped with the Sword of Totsuka and the Yata Mirror, it is attributed to Itachi's Mangekyou as his Ultimate Technique. Susanoo is big enough to dwarf Boss Summons in size when presented at full, and had the destructive power to take out the Mist Village with ease. Sword of Totsuka is said to destroy all in it's path and to seal all that are pierced by it into an eternal genjutsu, while the Yata Mirror is said to deflect and protect from any attack.

Fire Jutsu: Itachi is very proficient with fire jutsu, moreso than even the other Uchiha. He can use dragons, orbs, clones, tendrils, large blasts, streams and more.

Water Jutsu Master: Unlike most Uchiha, Itachi is also a master at Water jutsu. He can manipulate water as good as any from the Mist village and can use it in nearly any form, from dragons, to prisons, to whips, to whirlpools, to fangs, to defensive walls and more.

Exploding clones: Itachi can create shadow clones that explode on command or upon being dispelled.

Shadow clones: Itachi can utilize shadow clones that are perfect copies of him except it generally takes only one hit to dispel them. Hiruzen Sarutobi was able to make Perfect Shadow Clones that need a death blow to dispel, and it's believed Itachi can do so as well.

Crow Clone: The same as Exploding Clones and Shadow Clones but a Murder of Crows are used to form the clone. It can fly, and move from place to place in a Murder of Crows or even a Flock of Ravens.

Genjutsu Reversal: Itachi is said to be able to reverse any genjutsu cast on him, back on it's user. He is the most deadly genjutsu user known to the ninja world because of this.

Clone: Academy jutsu, creates a minor illusionary clone of the caster, it is not tangible in anyway and any physical contact will dispurse it

Substitution: Academy jutsu, switches out the user with a nearby object, allowing the user to avoid damage.

Shunshin: this allows the user to move at very high speeds temporarily using chakra that is concentrated to the legs. This is often so fast that it seems like teleportation.

Transformation: Academy jutsu, creates a minor illusion that makes the user look like someone/something else. It is debated over how real this illusion is/can be.

Escape Rope Jutsu: Academy Jutsu, the user uses this jutsu to escape non-chakra enforced rope, chains, bonds, and the like.

Ice shunshin: The same as shunshin, but it leaves a trail of ice behind

Great Breakthrough: The user blows and a great gust of wind blows through the area, enough to displace entire ninja and send them flying large distances

Wind Barrier: A barrier of wind is formed around the user. Objects blocked are pushed back by the wind as well as cuts by it.

Ice barrier: A barrier of ice is formed around the user. As it is special ice, it is very hard to break.

Demon Ice Mirrors: The user forms a perimeter of special mirrors, that are made of ice, around the user's enemy. These Mirrors are very hard to break and allow the user to transport between them at unimaginable speeds.

Ice Dragon: A dragon projectile is formed of ice chakra and sent at an opponent. Smashing, Crushing, and Splintering damage is dealt.

Water Dragon: A dragon projectile is formed from water chakra and sent at an opponent.

Wind Dragon: A dragon projectile is formed from wind chakra and sent at an opponent. Smashing, Crushing, and Cutting damage is dealt.

Ice Needles: Needles are formed from ice and sent at an opponent in a flurry.

Ice Arrows: The user forms arrows made from ice and ice chakra and shoots them at the opponent at high speeds.

Raining Ice: Ice begins raining from the sky in the form of sharp projectiles. Piercing and cutting damage.

Ice Stalagmites/Ice Spikes: Spikes of ice protrude from the ground and impale opponents on them

Ice field: A field of ice is created that acts much like a giant demon ice mirror. It is also hard to stand on and hard to balance on.

Ice Blast: A blast of Ice is sent at the opponent. The ice can merely smash into the opponent, or form spikes or edges to cut or pierce them.

Water Bullets: He shoots a small, 2X2 ft condensed water bullet at his opponent

Ice bullets: He shoots a small, 2X2 ft condensed ice bullet at his opponent. Smashing damage and slicing damage from fragmentation is done

Freeze bullet: He shoots a small, 2X2 ft bullet of condensed ice chakra at his opponent. If the opponent is hit they are either frozen whole or the part of the body that is nicked is frozen solid.

Ice Whip: A whip made of ice chakra. Can lash out at the opponent for lashing damage and to restrain.

Ice tendrils: Ice shaped as tendrils that attack and grab opponents, restraining them

Cold Mist: Similar to the Hidden Mist jutsu, but laced with ice chakra, lowering the temperature some.

Ice Blade: A sword formed out of ice on the user's arm or in his hand.

Ice Shroud: A shroud of ice chakra that gradually freezes nearby objects in time. Provides small amount of defense.

Ice Armor: Armor made from ice that protects from heavy hits. The Armor is often spiked to allow for extra offensive capabilities.

Ice Dome: A dome of ice is formed around an opponent, drastically lowering the temperature and causing death, frost bite, and hypothermia if it is not broken. It is made of the same materials as Demon Ice Mirrors.

Ice jets: Jets that shoot out ice chakra. This allows the user to move much faster than usual, and whatever is behind the user is partially frozen from the jet residue.

Ice Prison: A prison formed of ice surrounds the user. It is restricting, allowing little movement and is made of the same material as Demon Ice Mirrors.

Ice orb: An orb of Ice is created and thrown at an opponent (or left somewhere as a bomb). The Orb explodes into shards of ice and ice chakra, damaging a large area.

Wind Blade: A blade of wind that is sharp enough to cut through nearly anything, either on the arm of the user, or in his hand

Wind Cutting: Wind is uses as a slicing projectile to cut nearly anything the user pleases.

Shrapnel ice: The user shrapnels any ice in the area, causing splintering and slicing damage

Ice Spike Shrapnel: The shrapnel forms into ice spikes as it happens
