  2. The Owner/Creator is 1 role which covers 2 roles instead. The Owner role and the Creator role. This rank is occupied by the Owner of the group as well as the Lead-Developer.

  5. -> Owner of everything IBS related
  6. -> Manages HoS
  7. -> Intervenes in any aspect of anything related to IBS when necessary
  8. -> Ensures everything in IBS related discords is running smoothly
  9. -> Manages IBS related funds as well as all IBS related advertisements
  10.  
  11. *Creator*
  12. -> Lead-Developer of the IBS development team.
  13. -> Approves all updates to IBS
  14. -> Imports and executes all updates to IBS
  15. Lead-Contributor
  16. Lead-Contributors don't manage or have any involvement with anything staff or moderation related in any discords or games supported by IBS. Lead-Contributors are people who have gone out of there way to help improve and promote IBS games. Lead-Contributors are essentially people who have a dual partnership with IBS. We sponsor them and they sponsor us while helping improve IBS games at the same time.
  17. Co-Owners
  18. Co-Owners/Co-Creators are essentially the "2nd in command" of everything IBS related. They are consulted on everything that is added into the game and have just as much power over the staff team as the Owner. They also hold the title of "Co-Creator" because there #1 job is to provide ideas, improvements, and suggestions to make IBS games better.

  21. -> Manages HoS
  22. -> Intervenes in any aspect of anything related to IBS **STAFF** when necessary.
  23. -> Ensures everythiing in IBS related discords is running smoothly
  24. Administrators
  25. Administrators are the lead rank in the Head of Staff. They run the Staff team on there own. Even people occupying the Owner and Co-Owner roles are not allowed to intervene within regular staff without consulting and getting approval from the Administrator. The Administrator essentially runs and manages not only the HoS but all IBS-Related discords. What they say goes without question. If a decision made by an Administrator is absurd and rash, then higher roles can intervene with reasoning.

  28. -> Runs the HoS
  29. -> Runs Staff Team
  30. -> All decisions regarding changes or new implementation into the staff team or HoS are ultimately decided by the Administrator unless the person occupying the Owner role decides to intervene.
  31. -> Ensures everything in IBS related discords is running smoothly.
  32. -> Administrators also have Administrative commands in-game which allow them to moderate the game and ensure everything runs smoothly and enforces kicks/bans when receiving reports of people exploiting
  33. Head-Moderator
  34. People occupying the Head-Moderator role are in charge of getting new Moderators. They can host Moderator Interviews or Applications when they decide the time is right. Of course, it must always be approved by someone occupying the Administrator role. They are in charge of tracking the progress of all Moderators and Trial-Moderators. Promoting Trial-Moderators in due time once they see that said Trial-Moderator is capable of taking on the responsibilities of a Moderator and said Trial-Moderator has followed all rules.

  37. -> Runs Staff Team
  38. -> Hosts Moderator Interviews
  39. -> Ensures Moderators are following rules and enforces punishments set by Administrator if rules are not followed
  40. -> Keeps track of Trial-Moderators progress and promotes them when they are ready regarding a certain amount of time
  41. Moderator
  42. People occupying the Moderator role are in charge of moderating the main IBS discord. Carrying out punishments and warning users whenever they break the rules.

  45. -> Uses moderation commands from bots in the main-discord to ensure everything is running smoothly
  46. -> Keeps users in-check and following rules
  47. -> Enforces warns and punishments to users who do not abide by IBS rules

  74. -> Report all the bugs to Dev team.
  75. -> Follow Co-Owner orders.
  76. -> Host Events, etc.

  79. Admins are responsible for Head Mods and Mods ( Trial-Mods), they run their own staff team and have the last word, if not the Owners/Co-Owners.

  83. -> Have Admin commands.
