- When hitting a creature with a weapon attack, can shackle it: target must succedd on STR save or be restrained for 1 minute, taking 2d6 fire dmg at the start of their turn. Repeats save at the end of turn. 1/SR.
- Ise (Frost Rune)
- Adv on Animal Handling and Intimidation checks
- Increase STR by 2 for 10 minutes, exceeding 230 but not 30. 1/SR.
- Skye (Cloud Rune)
- Adv on SoH and Deception Checks
- When you or a creature that you can see within 30 ft is hit with an at tack role, you can cause that attack to target a different creature within 30ft of you as a reaction. Can transfer despite range. 1/SR.
- Stein (Stone Rune)
- Adv on Insight checks and Darkvision 60ft (or +30ft)
- When a creature ends its turn within 30ft, you can use a reactuion to force a Wis save, charming them for 1 minute, having a speed of 0 and incap, dreamy stupor. Ends if it takes damage or is shaken away. 1/SR.
- Uvar (Storm Rune)
- Adv on Arcana check and can't be surprised
- You can invoke as BA to prophetize for 1 minute. When you or another creature within 60ft makes an attack roll, saving throw or check, can use reaction to force adv or disadv. 1/SR.
