personality:    she is distant from most people it's hard to get under her skin. she has a hard time letting people in because she seems to get hurt often. people are use to her being quiet so they usually ignore her. she's gotten use to it which is why she doesn't talk much but she still hates it. she's wise for her age but that's because she had to grow up fast or more like she was forced to. she's been mature since her childhood and always seems to be on a different level from everyone else her age.
 she dowels on the past too much which can get old often to others and herself. some people find it frustrating how she does really open up and can be too quiet.

background: she grew up in an average family. when she was two her younger brother, kenzo was born. when she was eight they were coming back home by themselves in the dark. where they lived was usually a safe place but that night it wasn't. a man followed them, it took them a few minutes to notice and when they did they started running. they split up on accident and the man went after kenzo. charlotte only realize when she was safe that her brother was missing. she heard kenzo screaming from another alley and went to go get him. it was dead silent a moment later and she peaked into the alley only to see the man that was following them stabbing her brother over and over again. she ran away, the police found kenzo the next morning while charlotte had made it home that night. her parents didn't even notice kenzo was missing and she wasn't talking. in fact, she didn't talk much, she was always quiet but she was quieter then usually after kenzo's death and she acted strange. they made her go to therapist after that because of her behavior but they never found anything wrong with her. in school she was seen as weird, often alone. she was never quite popular either. she went to canada when she was fourteen to get away from marseille. she stayed there with a friend she made until she was able to be put on her own.

vacation:  she traveled by herself to get away from college for awhile. she is staying in a hotel since she didn't know anyone that lived there.  she somewhat kinda felt lonely at first not having anyone with her. eventually when she's with people it gets more enjoyable.
