Description: Rogers, a serial rapist/murderer with a long record, is wanted for multiple rapes and murders. His only victim (Ashley – 2002) to ever survive was so traumatized, she couldn’t testify, and he only got 10 years. Kimberly and Kendra were shot in the head with a .38 special. Kendra was murdered one day before her 24th birthday.
