- >"Ahh! For once, it just happens to be a normal, lazy Sunday at the Loud house. Nothing seems to be out of place. All is calm. I guess for once, you can take the Loud out of-"
- >"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH"
- >"Looks like I spoke too soon!"
- >Lincoln ran out of his door, still in his underwear
- >"W-what's all the commotion about!"
- >"Oh, nothing Lincoln!" Lori barked back.
- >"There's literally nothing to be worried about here. Everything's just peachy!"
- >"Oh, I thought you were angry about the fact that we're stuck together. I guess everything's, like, A-ok"
- >All of the other sister begin pouring out of their rooms. The collective murmuring ends in a sharp gasp as the two eldest seem to be fused together.
- >"I knew you two were connected to the hip, but not like this! Hahaha. Get it?" Luan, breaking the silence, resulting in a harmonius sigh from the rest of the family.
- >"Not now Luan! This is serious!"
- >"Yeah! Like, how am I going to be able to coordinate our clothes if I only have one pair of matching shoes! We can't wear one of each, you know."
- >Then Lisa stepped up to the plate.
- >"Allow me to bring light to this situation"
- >Without missing a beat, Luna popped back in and out to set the mood with some slower jams.
- >"Just the other day, I was working on making a quick drying epoxy that would be able to bond anything seemlessly. But no matter what I put it on, nothing would stick. Not even slightly. Even adding it to other adesives would render them useless! I thought I completely failed this little experiment, and thought about throwing it away and starting from scratch. But then that''s where the odd part comes in. It completely disappeared and I had no idea where it went. That is, until now."
- >"So, what is it that you're trying to tell me?!" Lori strained through here ever grinding teeth.
- >"What i'm saying is that I may have made a potential human epoxy! Something about human flesh does the trick!"
- >"WELL CONFESS! WHICH ONE OF YOU LITTLE TWERPS DID IT!"
- >At this point, Lori is red in the face and literally dragging Leni along with her.
- >Lynn steps up first
- >"It wasn't me. I was warn out from that game of soccer the other day. I have my bat to prove it!"
- >"Wait, you don't play soccer with a baseball bat." Lincoln chimed in
- >"Not the way I play."
- >"And I would dare get caught messing around with glue!" Added Lola, Lana not soon behind
- >"And I was to busy playing with all my cold-blooded friends."
- >"Don't look at me sis. You heard me playing that night."
- >"Don't remind me...!" Lori slowly growing more and more irritated
- >"And you know my schedule! Went right to sleep, to make jokes at the "crack" of dawn. Though I have evidence from lasts nights recording. Can't "crack" any jokes if there's no one to hear them. Hahahaha."
- >"And Lily can't have possibly done it, so who did!" Lincoln took a second to think long and hard about who could have possibly done it
- >"Oh yeah, Lori. You have to try this new cream I found in the bathroom this morning. It's called, epogee. I tried it and it exfoliated my skin so quickly!"
- >"..... let me see the the cream"
- >In big, bright, red letters screams *EXPERIMENTAL APOXY* failure.
- >Then, it's as if you could hear a literal SNAP!
- >"Leni, if I weren't STUCK to you right now I WOULD-"
- >"Kids, is everything alright up there?"
- >The sound of dad's voice brought her sanity back. But solely because she was worried about how to go about her day with Leni stuck to her back without Mom or Dad noticing.
- >"Lisa, quick! How long before you're able to dissolve the epoxy?!"
- >"Woah!" Lori suddenly got on her knees, and took hold of the tiny 4 year old.
- >"Well, by my calculations, it may take a good part of the day to fix this-"
- >"Please, fix this as soon as you can!"
- Suddenly, The eldest's room lights up, a short rumble echos.
- >"Oh no, it's Bobby! Wait, I can't let him see my like this!"
- >"Got any huge, ugly sweaters?" Lola throws out
- >"Great Idea!"
- >Suddenly, Lori rummaged through her closet and found a sweater
- >No, wait! Even better, A large hoody (possibly from Bobby)
- >"Wait, I Mmmf mmmf mmmf."
- >"Not now Leni, I have to take this quick call with Bobby. The rest of you, find something. Anything!"
- >The door slams, leaving the rest of the Loud family to find the solution themselves.
- >"So... what now?" Luna poses.
- >"I don't know about you chumps, but I have a tea party to finish up!"
- >"Same, I still have a game of hoops to get to."
- >"I still need to 'polish' up on my material with Mr. Coconuts. Hahaha!"
- >They started dwindling one by one until only Lincoln was left.
- >"Well, I guess you're the last one I can depend on right now. C'mon Lincoln, there's no time to waste."
- >As much as Lincoln wanted to say he just wants to relax and read Ace Savvy comics, but he couldn't let Lisa down, nor just leave Lori and Leni stuck for who knows how long.
- >"Alright. Well, I guess that makes me the guinea pig." He clasps his hands together.
- >"So what do we- Hey, wait! Why are my hands stuck together?"
- >"Oh, you see, while you were stuck in your train of thought, I slabbed a dab of it with this swab. Wouldn't want to accidentally get stuck to you, you know? Now come on! There's no time to waste!"
- >"*sigh* I guess I have no choice at this point."
- >Lincoln plods inside, pulling at his very fingers like he was in an invisible chinese trap.
- >"Alright Lincoln, just stand here please"
- >"Ok, but what are you- AAAAAHHHH!"
- >"Looks like electrolysis doesn't weaken the bonds. How about this?"
- >"H-hot HOT HOT HOT HOOOOT!"
- >But still no budge. The burning sensation suddenly ended.
- >"Well, at least it isn't s-suddenly t-turning C-C-C-C-Cold."
- >"Hmmm.... seems sudden hot, nor cold, nor shock can break the hold."
- >What felt like hours passed, with test after test with no good results.
- >"Ugh, it's hopeless! The epoxy I made is just to good! Take a break Lincoln, it's gonna be a long night."
- >Lincoln takes a seat on the floor, putting resting his head into his locked hands, at least thankful they won't be able to stick to anything else at this point.
- >"Hello Lincoln."
- >"Woah!" Linc tries tries to shield his face, but just gets frustrated at his current situation
- >"Oh, hey Lucy."
- >"I have a poem I need you to hear out."
- Alone in this room, oh wait do I find
- Nothing else but my brother, still stuck in a bind
- Trapped in his skin, and filled with dread
- He.... He....
- >"He can do nothing else but lower his head. I get it Lucy."
- >"Once again, your lyrical skills get the best of me."
- >"I just don't know what to do! If we can't find a fix soon, Lori and Leni will be stuck forever, and I won't be able to read comics again!"
- >"I wish I could say you're in a rather 'slippery' situation. Hahaha."
- >Lincoln couldn't really take the jokes right now, but then it suddenly hit him.
- >"That's it! For once, Luan, you're spot on!"
- >"Thanks Lincoln! .... Wait, what?"
- >Lincoln races out Lisa's room, and dashes to the bathroom.
- >"Lotion, moisturizer, creams, anything?!"
- >"Sorry bro, looks like we're all out of any of the special stuff. Mom and Dad left out the get a bit more, but who knows when they'll be back."
- >Someone has to have something Lincoln could use!
- >..... Aha! Lola should have something in her room.
- >Using both hands, Linc knocks on the door.
- >"Lola, come quick!"
- >"What is it Li-"
- >Lincoln dashes into the twins room, and sees a large bottle up on her dresser. He reaches for it, and tries to waddle off with the huge bottle cradled in his arms.
- >"No time to explain, this is an emergency!"
- >But Lola took a firm stand and blocked the exit.
- >"Not so fast! What are you doing with all my lotion?"
- >Ready to try and end this nightmare of a day and see if this works, he tries to bowl past her, but trips.
- >Lola dodges out the way, leaving Lincoln tumbling out the room, now doused in the white liquid, left slippery and slimy as a result.
- >"Ughhh... my head."
- >Lincoln reaches for the back of his head and...
- >Hey, his hands were no longer connected together! Lotion weakend the epoxy.
- >"Leni! Lori! Come quick, I found out how to fix it! W-w-woah!"
- >Slowly slipping and sliding his way to their door, Lori pops out for the first time all day.
- >"Really! Spit it out! How can we get out of this?"
- >"Well, all you need is some lotion, and-"
- >Looking back at the mess he made, Lincoln slowly turned back around and uttered
- >"-And that's the last bit there was in the house..."
- >"MOVE OVER" Lori kneeled down to try and apply as much as possible.
- >"Linc, give me a hand over here."
- >"Oh, allow me!" Leni chimed
- >"Oh come on Leni, you can't possibly-"
- >And just like that Lori felt less pressure on her back, only to see Leni applying lotion to it. She stayed there, awestruck. Same with Lincoln.
- >"I'm sorry, HOW long were we stuck together?"
- >"All day, just about."
- >"Ahahaha. Right, right. And literally when were you finally not stuck to my back?"
- >"Just now."
- >"Uhhh Leni, did you ever apply an lotion to your back earlier?" Lincoln asked, slightly peeved
- >"Oh, maybe an hour or two ago! I had a secret stash, and I couldn't go the whole day being as dry as, Like, an allidile, so I put some one between her sixth and seventh call with Bobby!"
- > And this point point, Lori was too tired to complain and just went back in the room with Leni in tow.
- >"So, did you manage to find the unbonding agent?" Lisa asked with a tad bit more enthusiasm with normal, after overhearing there was some success.
- >"Yeah... it was lotion."
- >"OF COURSE! The way to weaken the bonds of the epoxy was using a solution that softens skin. I'll have to keep this in mind for later. Thanks Lincoln."
- >After all that trouble was over, Linc sulked back to his room, and rolled into bed, just hoping Monday would be better.
- >Oh... Monday. But that's what happens when you live with 10 sisters. And he couldn't have it any other way.
