  5. * 5x15 doing a bench-press-like motion with a 30lb dumbell in each hand, ending over stomach not chest
  6. * 5x15 squats on bosu-ball, with 20lb kettle weights in each hand

  8. * bench press: 15, 15, 8 (90lbs) then 12, 8 (80lbs)
  9. * 5x15 leg calf raises (both feet at same time)
  10.  
  11. * 5x15 assisted chin-up machine (140 lb assist, overhanded, 17 reps on last set)
  12. * 15, then 4x20 ab-coaster (50lb) (feels too easy, thinking I should avoid)

  14. * 3x push sled as fast as you can in one direction then back to start (90 lb weight)
