watched everyone in the group and then sighed softly before projecting his voice across the arena.

"Ladies and Gentlemen. I am, as many of you know, Midori, Tenzen. I am one of the teachers here at the academy. I have not been as available as I'd like to be in the past due to a hunt that had me. . Well held up."

He paused allowed his words to be digested before he went on.

"However, What I have seen from my students and hunters in training is . . Well Kind of appalling. You are all supposed to be the Stalwart defenders of this great city. You all have issues that we will start correcting today. First on the list is something I myself am still learning."

He paused and let his gaze rest first on Kyuumi and then on Viral.

"Grim touched people are still people. They have an affliction but that doesn't make them less of a person. We need to be able to accept one another and work without feelings of apprehension."

He paused again before sighing.

"The next point is on the same wavelength to the first though at another level. This one is simple. You are all Hunters and huntresses. Your emotions and your reactions are WAY to explosive. Heightened negative emotions attract the grimm, and make our jobs harder. We're not a bunch of kids anymore. We're training to be professionals. We need to act like it."

He finished before letting what he had said sink in and process.
