Changes for 12/7

CHANGES TO BE IMPLEMENTED 12/7/14
First, change of plan: Leech buff is being changed to +5 HP instead of a % of the total.
I still want leech to be a fun part of using melee, but it's currently OP when used in conjunction with Odachi/Sabre. If it still proves to be a big problem, we might remove it in the future.

Melee changes
Odachi damage reduced to 33
Odachi speed while blocking decreased

Light Saber throw freeze significantly decreased
Samurai Sword shuriken throw rate of fire increased

Light Saber and Samurai Sword have a new, passive ability, "Swift Foot."
"Swift foot" prevents players from being slowed down or stunned by items (this includes: Odachi orb, Ice axe, etc.) However, you are still slowed when you're bleeding at a low HP. This effect will is enacted as long as you have the item equipped.

Light Saber and Samurai Sword both have their range increased to that of Odachi

Gun changes
When equipping Xm25 or RPG or any future "explosive" guns, there will be a freeze like that of the Crizen.
Decrease in range of RPG knockback radius (approximately 50% of what it was)

NEW WEAPON auctioned Sunday, after gang events. It will be a surprise.
This will be one of the guns going into the EC shop in mid-January. The gun will cost 750 EC in the shop.
