Civics Debate - Good Vs. Evil

	Humans are born with a natural sense of empathy. It leads us to sacrifice our money, time and our lives for the well being of others. Everyday, you see people such as firefighters and police risking their lives to save strangers. There are jobs out there that are better than being a firefighter or a policeman, but these people choose to risk their lives for a pay that is actually pretty average, to save the lives of others. If you look closely, you would also see normal people investing their time into helping others at places such as soup kitchens and food banks. People also donate their hard earned money to help the less fortunate around the world through operations such as World Vision.

	Humans are naturally good but can become corrupted due to their experiences and surroundings. When someone mentions Hitler, you automatically come to a conclusion that he is evil but have you ever wondered why? Hitler’s hatred towards Jews developed when a Jewish doctor failed to save the life of his mother. Ed Gein was influenced by many things, one of them is the death of this mother.

	All humans have a specific perspective on a subject based on their own opinions on the matter. Protest in Egypt, hitler, and war is an example of this.

	Born with a conscience. It is a mental faculty that distinguishes wrong from right. The fact that we are naturally embued with something that verifies good from evil plainly indicates that humans are naturally good.
