I have censored the link due to it revealing his  name, also censored in the screenshots.

Let me summarize and Exhibit C and D real quick.
C is my telegrams with Sevastia and D is the screenshots HE sent me
I ask you to compare the screenshots of Exhibit B and D and notice two things.
1( It appears to be from the same phone.
2( There is an alarm set in both (top right corner)

3( In the top left they both say "Mate", Nova Andulucia's presumed first name

4( They share the same timezone, although that does align with Nova Andulucia's story that they know eachother personally

This account has obviously exsisted longer than Nova's account, and I joined the reigon after him. IF Sevastia was a puppet, woundt this be the "main account"?  I say that because Nova Andulucia obivously  posts more and is more active than myself. (This is more of a common sence thing)

As for the battery and alarm, How can you accuse someone of Fraud, if the evidence is based on the PERCENTAGE and a CLOCK.

To be honest, I can't remember the exact start of my suspicion, but I add new nations to my dossier to help keep track of when they're online and when is the best time to telegram them. I happened to notice they had corresponding activities too often.

If one person votes twice it's illegal even if it's two different accounts. Puppet states don't have guaranteed membership.

I believe both would be included under the charge "Voting Fraud"
As both are infractions of the Constitutions requirements
I use SurveyMonkey to conduct our elections and other ballot activities.
SurveyMonkey allows me to create collectors
So after I discovered a duplication of voting, I prepared for the appointments ballot
So I created 3 links
I sent 1 to everyone in the region minus Nova, Imperial, and the Nova puppet account (Trexium) as you can see if you look back at your telegrams.
I then sent a separate link to Imperial
and another final one to Nova
When examining the December Election and December Appointments ballots I discovered something.
Two votes were missing in the December Appointments, and the links I sent out to Nova and Imperial weren't used.
I understand this isn't definitive evidence, but it shows that as a fact Imperial and Nova did not vote after being confronted, and I was not able to find Nova's ip address to compare to the duplicate votes.
BUT I HAVE EVIDENCE I HAVE NOT DISCUSSED
In the telegrams, Nova agrees with me that he and Sevastia both voted in school causing the ip address duplication.
I correlated the time in their screenshots with the time on the surveys (in their original time zone) and discovered that it was something like 5PM
They could not have been in school

If they sent a screenshot from a reliable source (like an IP address finding website) without them not knowing the “correct” IP addresses, they should undoubtedly be able to prove their innocence
But they are the same person
And who names their group chat “firstname+ name”
