Bill Cooper, ex-Navy Intelligence, researched this UFO subject for decades, had plenty of insider access, and came to the same conclusion.

My belief is that they're making the UFOs and whatever other infrastructure needed for a grand deception. Their tactics of "shock and awe" are a proven method. I think they're going to shock the hell out of people with either a pandemic or a nuclear war and then the "fiendly aliens" are going to "save us" (by microchipping everybody LOL).
