14. Title : LP Homestuck: Gamma Session
15. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
16. It appears that we're going to be the third group, once the one of the orthers are finished. But apparently, we may be getting riddles and titles already. I guess the first step is to share our info, yes?
17.
18. Your Role
19.

These statements may be more true than you realize.
20.
21. You're in!
22.
23. You have an acute awareness of your own Fate.
24.
25. You are the Doom player.
26.
27. You are also the Doomed player.
28.
29. What this means is up to you to discover.
30. My guess is that this is my personal quest, which I am expected to figure out on my own. However, I feel that poor communication kills, and that we should share our quests. Here is what I've been told thus far:
31.
32. An Opportunity
33.

Your decision has been taken under consideration.
34.
35. That means you're in.
36.
37. You are now playing HIVEBENT.
38.
39. What will you do?
40. And so this is a beginning prompt. But I'd rather not take any action until we've all consulted with each other and had time to think. So I before I move on, I'll wait until everyone has briefed each other on their situations. Let the game commence!
41.
42. EDIT: I've been given my first choice:
43.

I have just given you the tools to defeat me.
44.
45. I have also given you the tools to my own creation.
46.
47. You can defeat me, right here and now, by answering this Riddle:
48.
49. What is my Fate?
50. I'll mull this over and see where I can go with this.

58. Title : The Choice
59. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
60. Okay, I've given it some more thought.
61.
62.
You are the Doom player.
63.
64. You are also the Doomed player.
65.
66.

I have just given you the tools to defeat me.
67.
68. I have also given you the tools to my own creation.
69.
70. You can defeat me, right here and now, by answering this Riddle:
71.
72. What is my Fate?
73.
74. Here are my thoughts:
75. 1. We have the ability to create him
76. 2. We have the ability to defeat him
77. 3. I, at least, am not (currently) a part of the Alpha Timeline
78.
79. Therefore, it seems that aA is something that we shall create as part of our session, possibly the First Guardian. Seeing as how I'm doomed, it seems that I may do something to muck up the session. In this case, it seems that I was supposed to create, him but opted to defeat him by not creating him, therefore dooming the timeline. Your thoughts? Comments? Alternate interpretations?

85. Title : Blue Session
86. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
87. It seems to that you've been entered into the Blue Session. First off, welcome!
88.
89. Second, let me fill you in on what I've been told, and then told the rest of our teammates:
90.
91.

Okay, I've given it some more thought.
92.

104.
105. Here are my thoughts:
106. 1. We have the ability to create him
107. 2. We have the ability to defeat him
108. 3. I, at least, am not (currently) a part of the Alpha Timeline

111.
112. Basically, it seems that I may have to choose whether this is the Alpha timeline or not. Since I'd rather not do something drastic that would affect everyone without their input, what do you think I should do, and do you have any other interpretations?
113.
114. Also, be sure to inform the rest of us when you receive your information. Have fun!

366.
Is aA playing with you, then? (By the way, the link to the quicktopic isn't working.)
367.
368. Lose his composure, huh? I'd guess someone's done something right - I think our goal is to defeat aA, who seems to have a Doc Scratch/LE thing going on. Which would explain the end of his last post - "[...] But you still have yet to use it. And I am still here."
369.
370. As for our session... I'd say we made some progress - all of us four already have Roles (I'm Mind, we also have Time, Blood - not sure how that happened, and our Leader is a Knight.) and we've been exchanging messages with him - we were supposed to advance to the next act (or something), but our response triggered "his creation" - yet another DS clue. Also, something I did led to the creation of Rule #5, and I'm still at a loss as to what that means.
371.
372. He keeps on saying we've found many Answers. Any idea about that?
373.
374. And how are you progressing thus far?
375. Let me try the link again: http://www.quicktopic.com/47/H/eTPKU4btgvX62
376.
377. As for our progress, so far we have discovered that I'm a Doom Player, but I'm also a Doomed player. I hold the tools to his creation and destruction, but I chose to create him, for that would've just Doomed us all otherwise.
378.
379. We have a Time player, who is stated to be the instrument to his creation/destruction, a Heart Player who is drawn to Blood (your player, perhaps?) that is awake on Derse, and two who were told to choose their role (one chose Time before we had heard from the time player, and one who decided to give aA the run-around by only alluding to choosing Void).
380.
381. In the process, our Heart player was asked which act he was on, our (aA assigned-)Time player was given the riddle, "What is HIVEBENT?", and I manged to get the tiger somehow, while simultaneously pissing off Scratch. Whoops.

389.
Is aA playing with you, then? (By the way, the link to the quicktopic isn't working.)
390.
391. Lose his composure, huh? I'd guess someone's done something right - I think our goal is to defeat aA, who seems to have a Doc Scratch/LE thing going on. Which would explain the end of his last post - "[...] But you still have yet to use it. And I am still here."
392.
394.
395. He keeps on saying we've found many Answers. Any idea about that?
396.
397. And how are you progressing thus far?
398. Whoops, forgot to answer the question; No, aA has yet to play with us in any role other than as DC/LE. I still don't understand why he's listed under our team.

936. I can narrow it down to three people. None of you are him. aA has stated that there's only one traitor, and that Traitor is not very active. We know that the Traitor was the one who told aA about the Blue Session memo.
937.
938. Based on this, we can conclude that:
939. A.) Everyone who was not linked to the Blue Session discussion is out. That would be the entirety of Alpha Session, Ranter, and Legendary.
940. B.) Everyone who was active is clear. That rules out problemProtagonist, Godbot, Liliumus, and myself.
941. C.) The Betrayer is either Gecky, El Ninja Monkey, or Konkoa. I, personally suspect the latter.
942.
943. In addition, here is what aA has told me thus far:
944.

It should be of no surprise to you that tension is high, and everyone is a suspect. As such, I have taken it upon myself to figure out who I can trust.

959.
960. Konkoa's Role is similarly uncertain. I will say this much: he is a follower. I have tried to push him in the right direction, and I Hope he succeeds.
961.
962. problemProtagonist's Role is the Thief of Mind. She is most adept at plucking the correct answers from the inner reaches of my own Mind. So adept, in fact, that she was the first to reach God Tier.
963.
964. Godbot is the Knight, but his Aspect is as yet uncertain. Again, I have pushed him in a particular direction, but as always, his decisions are his own.

1130. Don't tell anyone about this for now. pP knows too, but that's all so far, and Monkey doesn't know anyone else knows.
1131.
1132. I'm going to try and figure out what's endangering our sessions, and then I'm going to reveal the Betrayer's plan to Doc Scratch, hopefully killing him off. I've got pP reading Monkey's mind, but I don't know if it'll work.
1133.
1134. Otherwise, I dunno, we might just kill him ourselves.
1135. Oh my god. Why didn't I make the connection? aA would've told him there already was a Time player.
1136.
1137. Before we off him, should we try to abuse the situation? I mean, we have like two riddles at the moment.
1138.
1139. (Also, it feels nice to know you trust me as much as you do pP.)
1140. I would sort of rather play fair, and eliminating the mole is a huge step forwards for us anyway.
1141.
1142. I've spoken to him a little more, and the whole 'dooming us' thing seems less related to a gradual process and more related to his continued inquiries about performing the Scratch.
1143.
1144. And yeah, of course I trust you - we know who the mole is, so now I can trust everyone else.
1145.
1146. ...You know, probably.
1147. Okay. There's no pride in cheating, I suppose. I feel I should mention that my correspondence with aA earlier revealed that he doesn't trust the Betrayer, either. As he put it, he tends toward doing a lot of nothing rather than helping anyone.

1197. There are no traitors, as far as I'm aware. And there is but one Betrayer. He is one of the players you just named.

1204.
1205. problemProtagonist's Role is the Thief of Mind. She is most adept at plucking the correct answers from the inner reaches of my own Mind. So adept, in fact, that she was the first to reach God Tier.
1206.
1207. Godbot is the Knight, but his Aspect is as yet uncertain. Again, I have pushed him in a particular direction, but as always, his decisions are his own.

1244. I see two courses of action here:
1245.
1246. 1.) We talk him out of it. Easier said than done.
1247. 2.) We God-Tier everyone, then ostracize him. Difficult, but it can plausibly be done. One of our gracious Hosts knows all of the Roles, and if he's as Forth Coming as Scratch, then it's as simple as asking.
1248.
1249. As it stands, it seems that the best course of action here is to have everyone get the tiger while you and Gecky try to get El Ninja Monkey to back out of it.
1250.
1251. Of course, Legendary is still a problem, but keeping him out of the loop should be simple enough.

1472. Now, don't get me wrong, I loved this game. It was fun, it was exciting, it allowed me to make friends, and it distracted me from the update hiatus. And I don't think you should "revoke" Schazer's win, either. What she did was amazing, and she deserves to be honored for it. I even plan to see this through until I solve it once and for all. (If I haven't already.)
1473.
1474. But it's a hollow victory now. All of us-- who've worked so hard, who've overcome the complications of our discussions being compromised, the Betrayer, and even a second Traitor that even you didn't know about-- we're humiliated and shamed by an outsider who did what took us hours of cooperation and brainstorming in the course of one night. I tell you this as a friend, and as constructive criticism, so that should you ever start another project such as this, it can be even grander than HOMESTUCK:
1475.
1476. You've dashed our HOPES, and the TRUTH has escaped us.

1654. Speaking of, would you be so kind as to give me a transcript of all your LPH PMs? As it turns out, stuff in that seems trivial to one player ends up being a point of confusion for another, so I'm trying to compile them all. The best way to go about this would be to select all the ones you're comfortable sharing, select download as text, and then copy it to pastebin.com. Thanks, and I understand if that's something you're not comfortable doing.

2157.
2158. 1.) We talk him out of it. Easier said than done.
2159. 2.) We God-Tier everyone, then ostracize him. Difficult, but it can plausibly be done. One of our gracious Hosts knows all of the Roles, and if he's as Forth Coming as Scratch, then it's as simple as asking.
2160.
2161. As it stands, it seems that the best course of action here is to have everyone get the tiger while you and Gecky try to get El Ninja Monkey to back out of it.
2162.
2163. Of course, Legendary is still a problem, but keeping him out of the loop should be simple enough.
2164.
2165. And about the Red Session. Should we initiate contact and push them in the right direction like you've done with the Alphas?
2166. The Red Session is composed entirely of people from the Wildcards list, potential traitors, aA and a guy called insanityIncarnate. They're almost definitely not friendly.
2167.
2168. Also, besides revealing that he intends to cheat and hoping Doc Scratch does something about him, I've thought of a potential third option for dealing with Monkey: aA said that the only way to get rid of another player is to make them want to stop playing (hee hee). I've got the ability to weaponize despair, and ostensibly so do you. Maybe we can use our powers to kill him or otherwise remove him from the game?

2388.
2389. This is untrue. You added an extra session not once, but twice, and both times, that game had already started. In addition, you allowed a solo player to win the game without having been a player in the first place. And while you may have decided to make her a player, which is understandable, you a.) informed no one of the change until it was already too late b.) you seem to have allowed her to become a player after she had already found out about what was going on and knew insider information. I don't know about you, but that sounds like cheating to me.
2390.
2392.

2492.
2493. The funny thing about the roles is that you really do decide for yourself what they mean. I think it's different for everyone.
2494. I'm a huge fan of roleplay and going all out, so when I was named the Host of Hope, I started giving Aa riddles, wanting to bring myself up to his level as a Host, that sort of thing.
2495. If I had been a Knight, I would have challenged him personally by way of roleplay. Maybe, I would have added a gimmick, like *stab* *stab* at the end of my every message to him.
2496. But you aren't me and I'm not a Knight and GodBot disagrees.
2497. :)
2498. I've talked to him about this, and public challenges aren't the sort of thing that he would do at all.
2499.
2500. But there are other things...
2501. You could twist Aa's words, play on his weakness. That could be your weapon.
2502. Taunt him about how inactive he's been lately, ask him if he's scared, call him a coward.
2503. When he's complains on the HOMESTUCK thread, which is something he's been known to do,
2504. play up the amount of doom he must be feeling.
2505. Use the word "Doom" alot.

Though I could just be rembering wrong.
