Problems with Timeless Token Items

Timeless tokens are items such as Timeless Mail Leggings which have multiple items they can create.
[ul][li]Cloth, Leather, and Mail tokens create 4 different items total (2 base ilvl 496, 2 upgraded with Burden of Eternity to ilvl 535).[/li]
[li]Plate tokens create 6 items total (3 base ilvl 496, 3 upgraded with Burden of Eternity to ilvl 535).[/li]
[li]Some of them share appearances with other items created from that token.  Some do not.[/li][/ul]
[b]Problem: Not all of them display in the Appearance UI.[/b]

[li]ilvl 535 appearance only shown once I learn it - http://i.imgur.com/dD1BlQd.jpg and then http://i.imgur.com/II0f4hm.jpg[/li][/ul]
[b]What should be happening[/b]
Should see both ilvl 496 and 535 appearance versions in the window whether learned or not they are learned.

This issue also exists on the 7.1 PTR as of 9/21/16.
