  1. You tell Spinner Afollia Ebonrose, the Grand Diviner, "**muted green and yellow, fringed by grey** Er, hello Miss Afollia! I think you... wanted to speak to me sometime? I'm sorry, I don't usually try meet up with others, so I'm not sure what a normal meeting would be! Is there something you would like to do?"
  2.
  3. ---> I lost this part, but basically, Cheliyi meets up with Afollia, is uncomfy cause of Vmom, and then the subject changed to free will!
  4.
  5. Afollia hand stills within the pond, the waves fading once more into the waters. Ceruleans eyes shine pleasantly upon her features, framed by beautiful scales of twilight hues as she looks upon you once more. Her kind voice breaks upon the silence as she responds " No ? That is unfortunate for one blessed by fate as you are. Free will is the touch upon the stillness of existence and your choices dear...the ripples that change destiny itself."
  6.
  7. You hum softly, your leaves resonating with song.
  8.
  9. Worn, like a weathered piece of driftwood, you say, "Well, I know that when we enter the Portal, something changes. But... I've never thought of myself as stuck in anything. I'm just me."
  10.
  11. Afollia rises from the Mistress's fountain, her chevelure trailing petals of roses as she continues the conversation. " You are quite correct, my dear. You are just you...but who are " you " ? Who is Cheliyi the Wyrdenwood ?. Do you dream...do you love ? ".
  12.
  13. You have emoted: Cheliyi blinks, slower. Her branches shift in some unseen breeze, leaves rustling as she grows quiet.
  14.
  15. Afollia majestically sweeps the forest beyond the entrance with her hand as she eyes you up and down " Shall the apex of your existence culminate with the rooting of your trunk within Her blessed forest ? Does your sap aspire to more then your siblings...or is that the meaning to your existence ? "
  16.
  17. You think to yourself: **green and yellow muddling into brown** Do I want to be truly with you, siblings? You will not even speak, to me. I cannot... I cannot stay forever.
  18.
  19. Slowly, as if she were revealing some quiet secret, you say, "I... do not wish, to join my siblings."
  20. Expression suddenly panicked, you say, "But I do love them! I will always love them. I just..."
  21. You have emoted: Cheliyi glances askance.
  22. Very quietly, you say, "I was very lonely."
  23.
  24. Afollia draws a little closer each step she takes towards you, her eyes fixated upon your lips as your words rustle upon the centennial rose gardens." The Divine may guide Their creations and watch over Their domaines, dear Wyrden child. However, by the actions born of your free will does your spark shine before us all. That spark.." reaching you she places a clawed hand upon your heart. " ...lays within your heart. Thus will you prove yourself worthy, or fallen, before Her. ".
  25.
  26. Afollia gently trails her hands upon your beautiful branches, returning to her seat besides the fountain. Her hand slipping within the pool gently, and stirring little ripples that allow the waters to stir with life. Petals of beautiful blood roses dancing upon the surface before your eyes.
  27.
  28. You think to yourself: **muddled grey, seeping and separating into green and yellow, once more**.
  29.
  30. Dark light flickers in Afollia's eyes as shadows dance at her feet, rising up as if to briefly shroud her from the world.
  31.
  32. A black widow spider with deformed skeletal wings rubs her two forelegs together.
  33.
  34. You have emoted: Cheliyi's branches rustle with Afollia's touch, before Cheliyi suddenly shakes out her branches.
  35.
  36. Worn, like a weathered piece of driftwood, you say, "... I still do not know how. She said I should find my own way to earn her love... but I have never done such a thing, before. My siblings simply... took care of me. The commune has been kind. I do not know how..."
  37.
  38. Worn, like a weathered piece of driftwood, you say, "I know that I want to protect my friends. I know I want to protect my siblings. I want to grow strong, so I can be honest and true to the ones I care about. But..."
  39.
  40. Afollia gently shakes her head towards you, a bit of sadness in her eyes. Her voice lifts with tones of compassion " My dear wyrdenwood, I am afraid there is no guide....no command to earn Her love. It is not a task that must be fulfilled and forgotten, it is not a lesson to bear as a burden. Do you love Her wood yet ? Here within the heart of beauty within the perfection of Her realm ? Do you not sense the care she shares with Her children ?."
  41.
  42. Afollia gestures towards the blessed garden that cradles Her Crow's nest. " We are but guests within Her creation, tenders tasked by the Mistress with a duty to see it flourish. Whether you acknowledge Her or not and She is the creatrix of the most beautiful forest in creation. The commune does not have a right to exist, my dear, it is permitted to exist. The shadow court is allowed to render judgement by Her will. Close your eyes and feel the threads that bind us all. Do you not see how She has woven beauty to surround you since your awakening ?."
  43. =
  44. You close your eyes, branches growing still as you listen to Afollia.
  45. Worn, like a weathered piece of driftwood, you say, "... I did not know that. I do not know a lot of things."
  46.
  47. You have emoted: Cheliyi opens her eyes, before glancing to the side. She almost looks... ashamed. "I... when She was upset with me, She told me that She created my siblings. I did not know that, until She told me. My siblings have loved me so much, and taken care of me. Had I known that She was the one who gave them that love in the first place... I wish I could take back my words." Her gaze returns to Afollia, eyes hard with determination. "But I cannot. So, I will do my best to learn more."
  48.
  49. You have emoted: Suddenly deflating, Cheliyi's branches droop with the rustling of many slender leaves. "I hope She will find it in Her heart to forgive me."
  50.
  51. Afollia sighs softly, folding her palms upon her waist as she finishes with a whisper " My dear, the veils that weave the bonds of community within Whom's gift you flourish from the friendships you so desire surround you in a myriad of layers; each woven from Her hand upon the warp of the web. Sweetheart, do not toil yourself on whether the Mistress of Thorns loves you or not; consider instead what you may do to atone for Your acts....if atonement is what you seek. I do not know what transpired between you and my Goddess, but love for Her blessed garden should guide your acts as you strive forward."
  52.
  53. Afollia gently trails her fingers upon your leaves as she entwines " You have such a beautiful gift and such a sharp mind lies beyond. Seek the histories, learn of the glory of Her Glomdoring and keep Her in your heart. I am certain in time, you will be rewarded for unconditional devotion. If you ever seek to draw closer or wish to speak of Her, I am ever at your disposal my dear. Her sacred garden is ever open to those who seek to follow Her ways."
  54.
  55. You nod slowly, leaves rustling softly.
  56.
  57. A black widow spider with deformed skeletal wings rubs her two forelegs together.
  58.
  59. Afollia picks a petal upon the carpeted floor, playing with it between two fingers as she finishes " Do remember one golden rule however my dear : Love is unconditional....it is not a toil performed upon promise of a reward."
  60.
  61. You pet a vicious, ghostly white crow ingratiatingly.
  62. A vicious, ghostly white crow nods his head at you.
  63.
  64. You have emoted: Cheliyi nods again, firmer this time. "If there is one thing my siblings taught me, it is to be honest. I would not lie."
  65.
  66. Afollia smiles pleasantly from her seat besides the fountain. " Your words delight my ears, dear Cheliyi. Allow me then to bid you farewell until next month, I am afraid my waking time draws to an end. Did you have any remaining shadows upon which I could shed some light, sweetheart ? ".
  67.
  68. You have emoted: Cheliyi glances at Afollia, determined gaze melting into something softer. Her slender branches creak gently as she bobs her head once more, this time in thanks. "... Thank you, for your advice. It was very helpful. I do not think I have anymore shadows, no."
  69. Worn, like a weathered piece of driftwood, you say, "Rest well, Miss Afollia."
  70.
  71. Afollia inclines her head " Thank you for your words dear, may Her blessing accompany you in your search. I am ever but a whisper away should you need advice. ".
  72. Afollia stands up from her seat.
  73. The caw of a reclusive crow draws your attention towards Afollia as she approaches you. She whispers an inaudible prayer, laying a palm upon her heart, invoking an intoxicating scent of roses that bewilders your senses.
  74. A black widow spider with deformed skeletal wings crouches low on the ground.
  75. As Afollia falls over into the pool, a mauve flash of light fills the room before disappearing to reveal the absence of Afollia as well.
  76. A black widow spider with deformed skeletal wings scuttles sideways off to the ether.
  77.
  78. You think to yourself: **green and purple, circling uneasily** Can I love someone who I fear? I do not know. I will always love you all, Father Ravenwood, but...
  79.
  80. The sound of wings flapping heralds a screeching murder of crows flying overhead.
  81.
  82. You think to yourself: **a sudden spill of red, muddying the colors** She burned me. She hurt me. I know She was upset, and that I may have hurt Her with my words... but I must be honest. I will find a way.
