  237. Leave the 11 Punies here and return to the cells
  238. Unlock the blue cell to free the 90 trapped Punies

  241. Jump to the pipe in the room after the cells to keep all 91 Punies with you as you transition
  242. Blow the 91 Punies across the gap

  244. Jump down to the pipe again to keep all 101 Punies through the room transition
  245. Head left using Flurrie to stun the Pider
  246. Switch to Koops and use him to reveal the hidden block under Damage Dodge P (alternatively, you can hammer the hidden block from the platform)
  247. Use the block to jump across to the left, skipping the second Pider
  248. Switch back to Flurrie and use her in the 100 Jabbi squad fight
  249.  
  250. Either Goombella buffer into the right loading zone in the room after the Jabbi fight, or walk against the bottom wall, moving right slowly to bypass the loading zone. Move right until you can hear a collision noise when moving against the north wall in Paper Mode. Switch from up to up-left and release R to clip onto the seam. Maneuver around to the left side of the Puni Orb pedestal and drop down to the pipe on the stump.

  254. Either use Koops to hit the blue switch in water room, or jump across the platforms in the lower room to keep the Punies with you as you enter the pipe to the basement. If you use Koops, return and take the Punies over the lily pads.

  411. Exit the shop normally, or use Flurrie to superslide on the back room door to fall out of bounds and back to the Twilight Trail entrance

  413. Use Tube Mode to move through the next three screens
  414. Use the Jammin' Jelly under the fallen log (also switch to Flurrie if you didn't do the shop superslide)
  415. Use Flurrie to blow away the haystack

  417. Walk through the next two screens, using Flurrie to open a path in the tree trunk
  418. Use Flurrie to reveal a floor panel on the following screen
  419. Swap to Koops in the background and push the rock
  420. Proceed to Creepy Steeple

  422. If you are not in peril, drop down into the well and take damage from the Buzzy Beetle, then run away
  423. Use Tube Mode to bypass the gate

  426. Fall down and release the Boos (choose the first option. If you're short on coins, you can choose the third option to get an Ultra Shroom to sell on the train.)
