Just a bit of advice stoyles, when you come in all accusatory in a public channel, make others perceive you in a very negative way, not sure if that matters to you or not, but I'm sure you've heard enough from us to know that. Especially in a public setting like the channels, I think it would be better to approach things in a more positive way, instead of doing a blame game, ask the healers like this "hey guys noticed I was dying a lot last night, can I do anything to make your job easier? Or do you notice anything I'm doing wrong"

You'd get tons of advice and help
Cause you put people on the defensive immediately and if you know someone In particular is messing up, whisper them directly

And yes text doesn't convey emotion very well, that's why you should be cautious and be extra nice to people, Im here to have fun and so is everyone else, even your friends are getting sick of it man, Ive been a strong pusher for keeping friend groups together and that's why were bringing back madz, but if you're constantly be negative and divisive in most of the chats, don't think the guild is for you at this point

The best teams in gaming and sports succeed because they work together and support each other, you can have some of the best individuals skill wise on a team, but if they don't communicate and help each other, their gonna get their shit slapped, just look at the top csgo teams, some.ofnthem may not have the best aim and skill, but their strategy is flawless.

I even have personal experience from this in tribes ascend, we had 3 of the best players in the world on our team In their roles, couldve went to big tournament land and won money, but we lacked communication between our offense and defence, and that lack of communication resulted in us not trusting each other and eventually splitting up

So I really hope you can take this to heart and see were all after the same thing, have fun and get ready for that big bwl baby, and I hope I can do beside Ya, but if things don't change, I hope you can find a place that suits you better

starting off accusatory and putting people on the defensive, you saw both kyle and eiel respond defensively, even if you're in the right, comin off that way makes you frustrating to deal with. many many people are not result motivated as much as we are, so when your struggling, ask in a nicer way and admit when you make a mistake "hey guys my b on the giants, how can I position myself better to help you guys out so i can get them heals"

To be fsir though. Its now been 3 straight weeks in mc that i have been getting jeewoned
And in vanilla i tanked and had 0 issues
So im rusty on positioning for los on the giants

But its pretty sad to be getting splattered  as a tank for 3 weeks in a row

So i was frustrated with that and another big issue that we wont discuss. Combined together just made me very overboard obviously

and how are the others supposed to know how you feel if you dont say it and ask for help, and if your struggling, dont stick to how things are supposed to work, stick to whatever works best for you in the moment, if that means being a sword and board till your comfy again, then u shud stick to it
its in their best interest to help you, cause we need you to tank, asking nicely and being humble is a great way to build that trust that you're after the same thing
i would suggest apologizing to the people who you feel you wrong directly and just tell us whats been goin on and why youve been frustrated
