obsidian first alpha roadmap-ish

- Complete in-game joining. Game snapshots, parameters, etc.
- Make chat work again.
- Fix intermission so it won't hang the server up.
- Make firing look better... perhaps removing the client's complete control on it.
- Properly handle players leaving the game.
- Make final decision on versioning scheme.
