Leader Board clarification RR3D

IGT is only used for ILs, Time attack (a category or all classes of vehicle) when doing "100%" the long run you add the total IGT of all your time trails during that run to the "In Game Time section" portion of your submission same with time attack submissions all time attack tracks categories

If you Run: All Time Attack Tracks you can submit your run in parts as long as it was a live attempt of the Time Trail and not a replay replays can be used for ILs but not preferred. Emu is also allowed for this to make it accessible but you must follow the emu rule criteria

If it gets too competitive i'll only hide it IF 3ds capture IS EASIER/CHEAPER in the future but for right now it's fine till a cheaper alternative is found for capture also NTR is allowed because i'm not forcing people to buy a stupidly over priced console and or risk their consoles being broken. not everyone can afford 300+ dollars on a niche hobby this is for fun. at the end of the day it's a darn video game guys i don't care how serious it is i made emu rules and timing so these things will not happen.
