Applejack, Amnesia, Fight [Feels]

>It's been several weeks since Applejack's incident on the farm and the events that took place afterwards
>What a ways to go though but I guess it was expected
>Who knew that tree was so loose in the ground?
>Applejack was well known for her prowess and power in her bucking but who would've though it would be one of her downfalls?
>Put into a coma for several days and diagnosed with severe amnesia
>You could only just stare at her during those days in the hospital wishing you could wake her up somehow
>But she was just lifeless
>It was like she was in eternal rest
>Dead
>But she wasn't dead and both you and the apple family knew that
>Sometimes you think that death might've been better for not only her but for everyone she knew
>But eventually death was the only way to go for her...

[4 Weeks Earlier]

>You were in a frantic dash towards the Ponyville Hospital
>You had only just gotten the news from one of the hospital's nurses
>Her message she had given to you kept ringing in your head as you continued your mad dash
>..."Um, is this the Anon residence?"
Yes it is. How can I help you?
>"S-sir, I'm here to unfortunately that Applejack has been put into a coma"...
>There it was, the Ponyville Hospital. A huge medical facility and one of the best in Equestria
>You ran into the building at full speed and almost broke the glass door. Probably left a scratch but that didn't matter now
>The receptionist almost jumped out of her seat as your arrival
>"Goodness! You're in quite the hurry aren't you?"
I-I am, do you know the room number for a patient named Applejack?
>"Why yes, I do, but who are you? I understand you may be quite new to this world and she is under the highest protection by the Royal Guard."
I'm Anon and I know her. Here's my ID and everything

>You ran into the already open elevator and pressed the button to floor four completely oblivious to the receptionist's calls

>Upon reaching the floor you continued your marathon to Applejack
>There it was, room 492
>But it was guarded...

>You continued towards the door but you were halted immediately
>"Halt! Where do you think your going? This room is under the highest protection orders."
>Great. These fuckers were the most intrusive people on the planet. Turns out there is no right to privacy in Equestria if you're in close contact with Equestrian royalty or the Mane Six

>The guard was interrupted as Twilight opened the door to Applejack's room
>"Is something wrong he-. Oh! Anon, I see you've gotten the news as well."

>"It's alright, you were following orders. But now my order is to let this man in."
>The guards immediately took their places back at post upon Twilight's demand

>According to her the events that took place in Season 3 happened a little over a decade ago

>Even though you finally got here you felt a strong effort by yourself not to go in
>You didn't know if you could stand it
>Seeing Applejack lifeless in slumber like that, it was a horrible thought
>But you ushered yourself in anyway with sheer willpower
>And there she was
>Lifeless in the bed in slumber
>Almost immediately you broke down
>Christ you were always such a pussy but what were you expecting?
>You dragged yourself over to Applejack's bedside and just stared at her lifeless face as her stomach rose slowly and back down again as she breathed
>Your view was entirely obstructed by the tears welling in your eyes
>Why the fuck is this happening to you in the utopia you always dreamt for?
>Is this god's cruel experiment?
>Haven't you suffered enough in the human world and now the only true love you've ever had is in a coma?
>You wanted to scream in anger but the emotion of sadness was too empowering
>All you could do is just sit there and cry into Applejack's side until all the tears have been wept
>You could hear the Mane Six whispering to themselves and you could hear Fluttershy whimpering a bit
>"S-should we go?" you could hear Rarity say to Twi
>"Y-yeah I think that would be a good idea."
>You could hear the door close as everyone in the room left you to weep alongside the only person you ever loved

[Two Days Later]

>You were sitting in Applejack's room as always and you refused to leave
>You had only drunk the water that the nurse occasionally brought you but you couldn't eat
>You always felt like throwing up afterwards
>You just sat there per usual holding Applejack's hoof whilst giving out an occasional tear or prayer
>You weren't a religious man but religion was the only think capable of giving you comfort right now
>You were in the middle of one of your short comfort giving prayers when you could feel Applejack shifting a bit
>Oh my god
Applejack! Applejack wake up, come back to me!
>You yelled so loud the guards had to come in to make sure you were alright
>They just sat back allowing everything to continue
>Applejack continued to stir until her eyes slowly opened
Applejack!
>"W-w-where am I?"
>You quickly got up with the only strength you had left in you and hugged her tightly
>"W-what in the world? Who are you!"
>The words Applejack had just uttered flew right into your ears and gave you the most unnerving feeling you ever felt
>You quickly stood back up and just stared back at her
>Y-you had to be imagining things... right? Right?
W-what do you mean, Applejack? It's me! Anon, remember? You know, the first human you've ever met? The first person you've ever fell in love with? Remember?
>This can't be happening, no, no it can't be
>"Why, what ever do you mean sugercube? I don't know what your talkin' about but I don't remember falling in love with a hairless ape? What do you take me for?"
>N-no, no no no no! Why is this happening to you? This is supposed to be your utopia! Your peace dammit!
>"Not that I'd want to be offending ya', sure you might be a nice guy but I take offensive at someone tryin' to take advantage of me, 'specially considering my condition. Ah am in a hosptial bed after all. Now would you mind tellin me what happened?"
>You couldn't believe what was happening. Your life was shattering around you. Everything you ever wished for, gone in an instant.
>You just broke down onto the floor crying uncontrollably
No goddammit! This was supposed to be my utopia! My salvation! Haven't I suffered enough God? Why won't my suffering end, even in this world!
>The guards still stood there not knowing what to do as Applejack looked frantically around the room confused
>The Mane Six came in at a running pace after hearing all the commotion along with nurses trailing behind them
>"What's going on?" you could hear Twilight above all your crying
>"Hey, Applejack's awake!" you could hear Pinkie Pie yell in excitement oblivious as always.
>She jumped onto Applejack giving her a large hug
>"W-what? Let go of me!" Applejack threw Applejack off of her in a large shove
>Pinkie Pie's hair went flat and only uttered one response before retreating as she became as confused as everyone else. "I-I'm sorry..."
>"What in the world is going on! I got a hairless ape crying over me, a wild pink mare jumping on me and guards staring at me in bewilderment!"
>Twilight was the only one even able to think through all that was happening quick enough to utter a reply
>"A-Applejack... are you telling us you don't remember anything?"
>"Remember anything? I don't even know any of y'all! I just want to know what in the world is happenin'!"
>"S-so you don't remember..."
>"Remember what!"
>Applejack, angrily confused, jumped out of her bed and retreated from all that was happening
>"I-I don't know any of y'all! Just leave me alone!"
>You finally stopped crying and got a grip as you stood up
>You turned around and walked toward Applejack

>"Ah said no!"
>Applejack backed up even further towards the windows
>"Ah want to know what happened now!"
>One of the guards finally felt that he need to do his duty and stepped hastily towards Applejack as she still franticly was trying to get a grip
>"N-no, stay back!"
>The guard quickly gave a response in a harsh tone
>"Ms. Applejack you have had an accident an under royal jurisdiction I am requiring that you calm down and come with us to figure out what to do!"
>"Ah am not going anywhere!"
>Applejack jumped back to avoid the guard's magical aura but the consequences of those actions were dire
>Guess the nurses thought the room needed air and left a window open and she fell right out
>You didn't remember much after that. Just everyone franticly running towards the window and a blur of noises and motion
>And darkness as your world shattered...

>Sometimes you think that death might've been better for not only her but for everyone she knew
>But eventually death was the only way to go for her
>You crouched down at Applejack's grave
>You could never leave this place
>You always came here everyday with Applejack's favourite meal cooked that you would make her everyday and lay it by her tombstone and played her favourite song on her banjo
>After that you just sit here for hours sometimes discussing with her what happened today or just crying for hours on end unable to escape what happened to her
>You still don't understand why such a thing happened to you
>Equestria was supposed to be your heaven, but now it's just something you loath
>If you knew this would've happened you may have never have come
>But at least, at the very least, you could be by Applejack for the little time you had with her.
>You did contemplate suicide sometimes, but always you remembered that if Applejack were still here she would've wanted you to continue on without her with you bearing her memories
>You knew that she would want you to continue on in life, to wait for the things that have yet to come
>And you will, no matter what, and no matter through any hardship
