Items purchased in the store cannot be refunded, chargeback, etc.

In other words, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If a chargeback is issued we have the right to view your personal information to create

our defensive case.

Term 2

The name you enter for the purchase is final. Unless you made a 1-2 character mistake.

Please open a forum on the website if this happens. We have the right not to respond.

Term 3

Prices change during the seasons. No partial refund will be applied. In other words,

 the price that is listed is final.

Term 4

We have the right to remove your item purchased for any reason.

Term 5

You have parental permission if under 18.

You are using Debit/Credit Card or Paypal account that you have permission to use or own the account.

Term 6

If the server is suspended a refund or a chargeback will not be issued.

Term 7

You agree not to go in a lawsuit against us or any of our staff members.

Term 8

Items are not physical, just virtual.

Term 9

You understand that these TOS can change anytime and notices aren't required.

You agree with everything listed on this document.
