EVO Kaizo Ironmon

I wanted to create a fun little variant of Kaizo IronmMON as just a side thing to do from time to time.

Here are the rules.

1. All Kaizo Ironmon Rules are still in play unless otherwise specified.
2. Your pokemon evolves on every level up. You cannot cancel an evo.
3. All TMs + Tutors  are 100% compatible and LEGAL.
4. PIVOTS are BANNED unless at the required PIVOT Locations (See Rule 11)
5. GYM Spefific Rules
      - You are allowed to SKIP the Liam Fight in Brock's Gym
      - You must defeat MISTY directly after Talking to Bill
      - You must defeat Erika BEFORE Rocket Hideout
6. Set Up Moves are banned on the Elite 4 + Champion Fights.
7. All Abilities are LEGAL. Draining Healing Moves are Legal.
8. 600 BST and lower Mons ARE LEGAL in LAB
9. IF you get an HP under/overflow while in a dungeon, you are are allowed to leave and heal to fix.
    but you must immediately return to the same spot.
10. If given the opportunity to break a EVO LOOP w/ a Stone, player MUST use it.
11. To ensure EVO Loops are unlikely to have a huge effect you, YOU MUST Pivot to these CHECKPOINT Mons
         - Dugtrio Pivot in Diglet Cave
         - Zapdos Static in Power Plant (If Zapods is an illegal Mon, PIVOT to Articuno Static)
