IF SF want a trickle between Zanax and b4after they can add one at this point but the idea of LS playing between you and Micro doesnt sit well with me after we have accepted so much change already. If we can agree this with a review again in 31 days then Im happy. The plan for 31 days was to review who has achieved what and work it out based on that so if you feel hard done by then bring it up then not now, let this rotation just happen smoothly and then negotiate for the next one which is usually the final for the age.
Mahariel will move back under Vidar and I will also stay under Vidar with my new officers.
So you got that growth under you still.
Vidar is off work for 12 days so there is that much max clicking to come from him.

6 days old; Like I say ToF has 3 new max clickers in chain and a few more clicking part time all since the past few weeks
2 weeks id say; so we are catching up a bit Id like to see updated.
LGC have NR in chain so really they are level with you guys
ToF are behind but we lost a lot of clickers as you know at age end but we have replaced them now, our recruiting is going well

But we are on the same page here and Im in the best position of anyone to mediate between you guys and LGC to sort it out
Micro has already spoke to me about wanting to do the same so its something we will do if you guys agree to the chain plan above; We can hold off on actually moving while we sort script problems out if you have that little trust in our ability to sort this out but I dont see a need for it. Your call there though. What I want is your commitment to something in black and white then Ill commit my time and effort to sorting out the script problems.
